Enjoy a great guest experience in Norman. Just minutes walk to the OU Campus & Stadium, The Mont (Norman's best patio) & the shopping and restaurants of Campus Corner. This home has the prime location.

This recently fully remodeled home is well equipped for your stay.

The space

A fully renovated 3 bedrooms, a full newly remodeled bath with a walk in shower plus a newly remodeled half bath. A well equipped kitchen ideal for entertaining plus washer and dryer on the main level. This home was fully remodeled in 2021 including kitchen, baths, paint, appliances, and systems.

Important notes: The maximum guest allowed is 6. This limit will be striclty enforced. Also note, no parties or events are allowed on property. Violation of either rule will result in eviction with no refunds.

The detached garage guest house is sometimes occupied by owner or their guests and is not included in the property rental. The garage apartment has its own driveway off of Ponca St (the home sites on a corner lot).

GREAT LOCATION & VERY NICE HOME!

I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids ages 9 &11 & my 89 year old grandfather. There was room for all of us and we were very comfortable. Very nice & quiet neighborhood. We will be coming back! Thank You

Beautiful home

Our first grandchild made her arrival so my husband, daughter, & I traveled up to Norman to welcome her! House was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Architecture of the homes in this area is absolutely beautiful. Tile work was stunning throughout the home, yard was lush & vibrant, parking was available, laundry room was stocked & in great condition, and all appliances were in great working order. Home was clean, comfortable, & exactly as described. Plenty of room for three of us. Kitchen & bathrooms were clean, very nice, & stocked with essentials. Host was very communicative & we would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, quaint neighborhood

I was visiting my kiddos in Norman for a baby shower and chose this house because it was close to the event. This house was so cute, inviting, and comfortable. Architecture was amazing, real wood floors, comfy couches, fireplace, large TVs, original tiling in bathrooms, large bathtubs, and nice parking space. The bedrooms were so fresh & inviting with comfy bed, fan for white noise/comfort, and large tv. The screened in back porch was nicely done and so peaceful. There was lots of rain this past weekend, but it just added to the beauty of Oklahoma - lots of greenery, not too hot or cold, friendly neighbors, and just an overall great experience. The host was great at communicating and I felt safe despite staying on my own - neighborhood was so beautiful - I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, excellent location.

Beautifully renovated home on a quiet street. Easy check in. Responsive host. Plenty of coffee and light breakfast items which were very much appreciated. Beds were the most comfortable I’ve seen in a rental property. Plenty of hot water for showers. Extended outdoor space available with a fire pit. Will definitely book again in the future.

Norman Visit

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is just like the pictures. Tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. Great location in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to the Mont which is a must do. I will 100% book again next time I’m in Norman.

Grad Celebration '24

We chose this house due to it's close proximity to family and the graduation location. This home could not have been more welcoming. The street is so charming and perfect for morning strolls, and in the evening, a jaunt to The Mont is absolutely perfect for a burger or just guac and chips! Every room was perfectly designed and so absolutely clean and welcoming to the weary traveler! We will definitely stay here again!

Birthday Trip

The house is absolutely darling. It looks exactly like the pictures! The location was perfect-Close to campus and where my daughter lives. The communication with owners was pleasant and speedy. We have only 2 suggestions: 1. The floors, along with the tops of tables/counters and some drawers in the kitchen were sticky. The floors throughout the house were very sticky from the moment we walked in. 2. We cooked and prepared food while in the house for the weekend. The kitchen was not as stocked as other VRBO's I have stayed in. This was a little disappointing. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time here.
