Avoid traffic and enjoy the convenience of being right near campus.

Step inside and discover a distinctive floor plan where decor inspired by the owner's world travels and OU fandom creates a truly memorable atmosphere. The home offers plenty of room for your group to connect, relax, and make lasting memories.

Main Living & Dining: Your main living space is an elevated, open-concept area featuring contemporary furniture and hardwood floors. A large picture window fills the room with natural light, creating a bright and inviting place to gather.

Media Room: Head downstairs to the cozy family media room. Settle into the large leather sectional and watch the big game or a movie on the smart TV.

Kitchen: The fully equipped, modern kitchen features wooden countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

Outdoor Space: Make the most of the spacious corner lot. Fire up the outdoor grill for a perfect pre-game tailgate in the large backyard.

Workspace: A versatile lower-level room includes a dedicated workspace for catching up on emails and a full-size pullout sofa bed.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6):

Upstairs Bedroom 1: One queen bed.
Upstairs Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.
Lower Level: One full-size pullout sofa bed.

Two Bathrooms: A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located upstairs. A full bathroom with a shower is located downstairs.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including the backyard and all interior spaces. The house sits on a large corner lot with a curved driveway accessible from either street, offering plenty of private, off-street parking for your group.

We respect our guests' privacy but are available via the app or phone if you need anything during your stay. We aim to provide a seamless and independent check-in experience, but we are nearby should any questions or issues arise.

To ensure you have all the comforts of home, the property is equipped with the following amenities:

Parents Weekend

The house was perfect! We only had 4, but could have easily had another couple. It was clean, and exactly as described in description. Mike was very easily contacted if needed. We would definitely stay again. A great location for parents weekend being close to campus corner and the stadium. Highly recommend!

Outstanding 522 E Brooks Street

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed, it was very cozy place nestled in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. The house is great, backyard was awesome and we were close to gas stations, Walmart, and the OU campus. We were in town for our son’s graduation and this house is the perfect spot for all OU events. The stadium is truly an 8 to 10 minute walk and really is the perfect spot. Mike was great, responsive, and very accommodating.

Easy to get to OU Stadium

Our daughter & family (OU graduates) took me (TCU graduate) to the TCU/OU football game. With 2 toddlers in our group, this house was an easy walk to the stadium. It was very clean & perfect for our needs. We would rent again when we attend our next function at the stadium!

Close to OU Stadium

Great location to OU. You could have a 10 min walk to stadium and all things OU. It is also down road from The Mont. Only thing I would add is a small frying pan and some cookie sheets in kitchen. We had an issue and the owner was quick to respond and solve the issue.

Absolutely Fantastic!

We had such an amazing time in the home! We hosted our sons 8th birthday at Westeood Pool but need a place for our elderly family to be able to relax while the kids went swimming. All of our family were asking for the booking link because of how amazing the home was. Mike was super communicative and I knew if I needed help he would be available. We had our 3 kids ages 8, 5, and 2 and they were very comfortable. The kitchen is the best part in my opnion. I loved the TV above the stove, and the boys loved watchijg cartoons while they had breakfast. They have everything you might need during your stay. If you are looking for a house that feels like home, you found it!

A Great Place to Stay

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time staying at this house. The location was perfect for us, close to campus, restaurants and relatives yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house is ideal. There are four levels. We used the bottom level as an office and playroom for our grandchildren. The second level (3 steps up) is a den with a TV and couch. There is also a full bath and a laundry room. The 3rd level (ground floor, 2 steps up) is a very functional kitchen and comfortable living and dining room. The top floor (6 steps up) is 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The house is very comfortable and the yard is conducive to activities, cookouts and relaxing. The property is well maintained and clean. There was a weather-related incident the night before we arrived which temporarily restricted our use of the master bedroom. The owner (Mike) did absolutely everything he could to remedy the issue as quickly as possible and even gave us a restaurant gift card for our trouble. The only issues with the property is the air conditioning does not cool the upper floor as well as the lower floors (it was 100 degrees nearly every day) and I would recommend a two-zone system. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom which absolutely helped. The other concern is the staircase leading up to the bedrooms is a bit tricky to navigate. Extending the handrail and removing the wall hanging would help. Overall, I will absolutely to rent this property again when staying in Norman!

Best experience ever!

Owner was extremely communicative and responsive to my many questions. House was amazing. Everyone who stopped by to see us LOVED it. This is a great house and any time we need a place to stay in Norman this will be at the top of the list. I loved everything about the house!
