Centrally located South Sandpoint house, only 4 blocks from the Lake & Memorial Field (home of the Festival of Sandpoint) and within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, brew pubs, coffee shops and Sandpoint City Beach! The house has two bedrooms with a queen bed & two twin beds. Full bath with tub/shower & washer/dryer. Fiber optic internet, a full kitchen, air conditioning along with 1 off street parking spot & street parking, fenced back yard with gas grill, patio furniture & umbrella.
Close to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort.
Note: During the summer season we add two more window AC units so that each room has its own (besides the one on the social area).

This home fit our needs perfectly. We were there to cook our breakfast and sleep. It was very clean and quiet. It was walking distance to downtown. Our bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with basic needs for cooking and dining.

The house was just as advertised. Loved being able to walk downtown and to the beach. Easy check in and check out.

Just Great!

Our entire family visits Sandpoint every summer. We stay at different places and get together during the day and for dinner. We always go to at least one concert at the festival at Sandpoint. This little house was perfect for our visit. Easy walking distance to the market and dubs for ice cream, and it was just around the corner from one of my son’s houses. We could walk to town, and to Memorial Field for the concert. The house was clean and fresh and well appointed. Luz was very responsive to any question I had for her. We will definitely consider this house again for our next visit to Sandpoint.

Great place and host

Wonderful all around. Very clean and comfortable. Many details to help your stay and decorated nicely. Host is very quick with communication and easy going. Location is perfect and close to market, downtown fun, bike path and hey in and out of town. Would choose this place again.

Great place to stay

We were doing the Serkick loop up thru Canada and this was a great stopping point to see the first half. Centrally located easy walking to restaurants and stores. Very clean and well stocked kitchen for your needs. Host checked in several time to make sure everything was going well. We had a great time

This was a great place for a colleague and I to stay on a work trip. Super easy check in and check out, great location close to downtown, nice and comfortable place with everything we needed.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Luz and Rich’s guest apartment. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and we loved the location. It was close to downtown so it was nice to be able to walk to the restaurants, the city beach and grocery store. The lake is beautiful, and Sandpoint is a wonderful small town. We would highly recommend staying here.

A great place to stay!

This place was exactly what we expected and what our family of 4 needed for our holiday. Its close enough to walk to most places and not a long drive to everywhere else we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good shape and very clean! The host was awesome and always replied quickly to messages. They even installed an extra air conditioner before we arrived because it had been so hot which made our stay even more comfortable!

Lovely quiet house in great location

The house is very clean and comfortable, and in a great location for all of the things Sandpoint has to offer! The beds were also very comfortable (not true at every place we've stayed!, and the house has air conditioning, which was really nice. Just know that you will have to supply your own condiments and seasonings (they had salt and pepper, but no oil, spice rack, etc). Thanks for a great stay!

Great location but a few issues with the property

We enjoyed being so close to downtown but the bathtub didn’t drain very well, we didn’t seem to have much hot water and there were a few repairs that needed to be made. Otherwise good rental.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect. Everything (City Beach, restaurants, etc) is within walking distance. The only thing that would have made our say better is if the bedrooms had blackout curtains. The blinds don’t keep out much light and it gets light so early in the summer!
