Book your Sandpoint getaway in the old Owners Quarters of the Historic K2 Inn (original finish shop of K2 Ski’s). Completely restored and updated throughout the interior, new high quality furniture, bedding and linens. Good sized kitchen with bartop that goes straight into dining/living room. 4-bedrooms (7-beds) (sleeps up to 14 people).

This is also a vacation residence for the new owners (my family and I) throughout the summer and winter.

K2 historic inn

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very close to stores, shops and the beach. Communication with the host was not met until the day before our trip and I'm use to communication being at least 3 days before arrival. The managers house is roomy and accommodate all of us, group of 10. It was more than stocked with kitchen needs and bathrooms were stocked well with plenty of towels, etc.There was however, a cracked window we were not told about and the floors could have been cleaner but other than that it was nice. There are other rooms on either side and below and had a slight issue with one of the other guests as they felt at times we were a bit loud for her but again, we had 10 people and tried our best to be respectful. Over all it was a fun place to stay and our host was very accommodating.

Birthday/New Years Week!

We had a revolving door of guests over the course of 6 days, and Austyn was very accommodating and present. We had everything we need and what we lacked we could get at the grocery store a block away. Satisfying week with so much provide for us. Great value.

K2 Inn VRBO

Really great spot and value! Location is perfect for summer or winter vacations with easy walking distance to the beach/marina and a 30 minute drive to Schweitzer Village. The host, Mr. Cunningham, was very helpful and flexible. We had everything we needed including basic kitchen supplies. Hopefully we’ll be back!

Great Location and Comfortable

Great location, close to everything. Very roomy and comfortable. Stocked kitchen, big beds, even bigger tvs. Super comfortable couch. They are super quick to reply to messages and very kind.

Ski trip

Booked this place to stay with friends and family for our annual ski trip. Place was great! House was spacious and living room was large enough to accommodate everyone. Good size kitchen and large rooms. Beds were very comfortable, great cozy blankets were a plus. House was clean and there were plenty of extra towels to accommodate our large group. Austyn was very communicative and accommodating, gave great recommendations for things around town (places to walk, sunset views, and of course dining). If you need more rooms, there are single & double occupancy rooms, our friends stayed in one.
