The main structure is for guests. There is a separate structure you see in the pictures of the detached garage. It is dedicated for the owners and is not accessible for the guests. The owners will not be occupying during your stay :)
Sleeping:
Master bedroom has a Cali King and full bathroom.
Loft upstairs has a Queen and private balcony.
Bottom floor has a full bathroom, Twin over Full Bunk bed and a Queen Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
If you will be bringing a dog with you, it must be 12 months or older We do $100/dog and no dogs on furniture and do not leave them alone at the home uncrated.
Pack-n-play provided - please bring your own baby linens.
****Please note this home is not baby proof. This home isn't ideal for on-the-go toddlers. The space in between the banisters of the stairs is wider than usual. We have protection screens but still it is not ideal.

This place was beautiful! We stayed for Thanksgiving week and it was fantastic. The kitchen had everything you could imagine and then some. Very well stocked, just like you would have at home. Everything was very clean and smelled good. Fireplace inside was so cozy and was perfect. Outside fireplace was perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the cool air. Hot tub was nice and clean and relaxing. Nothing negative to say about our stay. Gorgeous

Our family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very comfortable with a large dining table for eating and playing games, a great TV setup downstairs, and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and we also loved the hot tub. The neighborhood was a pleasant surprise with all sorts of natural beauty. We found a trail within walking distance of the house and had an amazing morning hike!

We loved our stay here, so cute and cozy and the outdoor deck space is awesome! We appreciated the space being well stocked and the tasteful decor. The TV downstairs is huge. I’ve watched the movie Frozen like 20 times and it was like seeing it for the first time on that giant screen! Michael was super helpful and responsive to all of our needs. Would stay here again!

We so enjoyed our stay at the K-Chalet. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. No detail was left unturned. The setting was so serene and peaceful, from the large outdoor deck with fireplace and hot tub to the comfortable rocking chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee. The beds were also very comfortable, and cozy. We hope to come back again to enjoy all the area has to offer. Bonus of the trip, we did get to see four black bear walking up the path as we were enjoying our coffee on the deck. Also, if you like to golf, Connestee Golf Club is a must. Gorgeous and challenging course.

Connestee Falls is a beautiful gated community. Prior to arrival, you will receive an email/message with instructions on Connestee Falls and Gate Access, this is vital to read before your stay. You Must:
-Read/Review the Connestee Falls Rules here.
-Fill out DocuSign Request notating how long you will be staying.
***These steps take no more than 5 minutes total and is mandatory for each guest to receive access.
-Once those two steps are completed, you will receive a email with a barcode to scan each time you are at a gate. This barcode will only be good during the duration of your stay.
-Please screenshot the barcode prior to arriving. There are 3 gates in Connestee. The Walnut Hollow gate (far west side) is 1 minute from the home.
-Amenity passes can be picked up at the front gate off Greenville Hwy - 33 Connestee Trail, Brevard, NC 28712
