This charming 800 sq ft newly remodeled bungalow style suite located in historic Willow Glen, San Jose. It is an independent unit doesn’t share any space with others. Private entrance, close to restaurants and shops in downtown Willow Glen! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Stylishly decorated modern home with Wifi, Roku streaming, easy access to Caltrain, LightRail, bus, SJ airport. Close to downtown San Jose developing technology center. Very safe and nice neighborhood.

One designated parking.

Other things to note:
This guest suite is on a busy street so some street noises are expected. The noises wouldn’t be an issue as long as the windows are closed. Absolutely No smoking, no drugs and no party!

The property was well stocked and clean. Great little house with everything you would need. It is on a busy road, so be careful backing out of the drive way if you have a car.

This rental was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and rooms were perfect for our family. A big bonus was the washer and dryer, this came in handy the last day of our trip. The location was perfect. The host was great-super responsive and attentive. I’d stay here again.

Ray, the host, was very gracious and accommodating. The bungalow was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the long weekend. It is located in a clean, safe neighborhood and convenient to some great hikes and parks as well as downtown. We will stay here again, if available, next time we visit San Jose.

Really appreciated the hosts communication, providing bottled water, and the cleanliness of the unit. Not the fault of the host, but the torrential downpour each day thumped on the metal window air conditioning which made it a challenge to sleep in the front bedroom along with some street noise. Great central location and safe parking was appreciated!

Cute clean, comfortable. Excellent location with access to San Jose, both sides of bay, etc. Easy quick trip to Saratoga and Mountain Winery for concerts. Easy access to Big Basin Redwoods State Park, and even to Santa Cruz and the ocean. Had a great time, was a great place to unwind after a long active day.
