The property is very clean and is in excellent condition. The owner was also extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had some internet issues but they were quick to assist and resolved everything promptly. We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend!

This was such a pleasant experience. The property was just like the photos. The furniture was in excellent shape, the decorations were tasteful and nice, everything was just as expected. The kitchen was well organized, cabinets were well stocked, organized and clean. Everything we needed was provided. We were impressed with the plush, oversized towels for showering and they were soft! The host, Luong was so friendly, welcoming us, info was provided about the surrounding areas with some key points shared, and when we did have a question, got back to us right away. We were even asked for our opinion on an issue so that told us that Luong was very concerned about making sure our stay and the stay of others would be even more comfortable in the future. We had a designated parking spot which was a dream since our nights tended to be late at night and we didn't have to struggle to find a parking spot as a safe spot was always available. If you are looking for a very comfortable, cozy, clean and organized "Home Away From Home", look no further. We definitely will rent again.

A lovely stay

The property was very clean and in a convenient location. We would stay there again and San Jose is a pretty city. The owner was very helpful with telling us where we need to go and what we need to see.

Very nice stay in San Jose

Perfect stay for a good price, will be back for certain. Note to owner, the word luxury is a bit misleading, a really quite neighborhood and a very clean and wonderful place, we loved it, but people might be taken aback since it’s not a “luxury” condo or area.

Perfect spot

Really enjoyed the apartment! My son and I came to San Jose for an inline hockey tournament and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. Quite at night, good privacy, but centrally located as well. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Mostly good

Generally, was a good, comfortable stay and I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t have small kiddos. Pros: very centrally located, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities, good water pressure, empty dressers to store clothes so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase, host was extremely responsive and very very helpful, plenty of parkingCons: the floors and baseboards were FILTHY (so glad I brought my 7 month olds playmat. No way I’d let her play directly on those floors), dead rat in carport, finicky door lock, upstairs neighbors are a bit noisy

Nice and safe location. Great host

We had a great time at this property. Was in town for work meetings, and it served all of my needs. Very clean and comfortable. Had one issue, but the host was very responsive and, together, we found a solution. Have no problem recommending this place and staying here again.

Great home base

We were in town for my mother’s birthday and it was a great home base in between all the family events. Good location, quiet and comfortable stay, and we tried the host’s recommendations for pho (pho y 1) and malibu grill and bbq next door and loved it.

amazing stay

luong was very kind and helpful. he was very responsive and answered any messages almost immediately. the house itself was very tidy and organized. the floors could have been cleaned a bit more, but it was very clean overall. i also loved the surrounding neighborhood! super peaceful and quiet.

Great space

I enjoyed this property. It's clean, well appointed and the owner is quick to respond. I would definitely recommend. It's quiet, the beds are comfortable, and there's a coffee shop and convenience store within 500 steps of the front door.

Come and enjoy your newly remodeled place in southern San Jose. Your place for four guests who will have full access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom is perfect for the adventure seeker or business executive.

Your bedrooms are elegantly decorated like a Five-Star Hotel complete with color TV, quiet central HVAC, ritzy furniture, a classy bed, iron and ironing board. We also provide an office desk for work in the living room.

Guests can use the on-site coin-operated laundry room for washing and drying.

Two parking spaces are available for guests. One is located in front of the premise and another is in the carport. If more spaces are needed, parking on the safe streets is an option.

If you need anything, please feel free to contact us on the AirBnB system. As your hosts, we are happy and honored to serve you!

[Please be advised that this is an apartment on the 1st level which may have noises coming from folks upstairs.]

Make sure to check out the various parks, reservoirs and lakes that we mentioned for hiking, biking, camping and fishing.
