Cimarron Home: Heated Pool Oasis Near Indian Rocks Beach

Welcome to this gorgeous pool home perfect for your family to hang out and relax! This home has beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, a fenced-in backyard, indoor and outdoor dining, a beautiful screened-in outdoor area with a heated saltwater pool, a fenced-in yard with tropical palms, and a spacious kitchen/living area. It is a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach and is near an array of restaurants, shops, beach shops, gyms, grocery stores, Largo Golf Course, and pharmacies.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and knife block. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Two dining tables, one in the dining room with 6 seats, the other with 4 seats just outside of the kitchen. The breakfast bar has 2 bar stools.

Living Room: A spacious living room with a sectional couch, TV mounted to the fireplace, a coffee table, and doors leading right out to the screened-in pool area with more dining areas and hangout space. The front room has enough space to play board games and has a pool table to play on as well.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom is a spacious wing of the house with a King-size bed, a sitting area with a futon, desk, TV, French doors leading out to the screened-in pool, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Has a soaking jacuzzi tub, tiled shower, double vanity areas, and private toilet room.

Bedroom #2: Has a King-sized bed, closet, TV, ceiling fan, and view of the backyard.

Bathroom #2: Has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity with storage. It also has a door to the screened-in pool area for easy bathroom access during swim time.

Bedroom #3: A single twin bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, a TV, a closet, and a view of the back and side yard.

Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, sink, and shelf of board games.

Outdoors: The screened-in heated and chilled pool is ideal for Florida living, you can simply walk out of the home to one of the sitting areas to enjoy your morning coffee, meals, and Florida sun. Pool loungers are also a great addition to enjoying this outdoor living space. The backyard has tropical palms and is fully fenced with a gas grill, outdoor games, and lounge chairs provided for your use.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Parking: This property provides 3-4 parking spaces depending on the size of the vehicles. No grass or street parking.

Besides being in the heart of Largo, FL with retail and restaurants the surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney is just two hours away.
