This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Beautiful heated pool, sunlit and caged for cleanliness and security. A pergoda covered table and gas grill to dine outdoors. Inside, the open-concept design features a bright living room with sectional seating and a 65-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV, all flowing into a fully-equipped kitchen with a large island bar – ideal for gathering and cooking together. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 8, perfect for family meals.

Our one floor home front door leads to the open floor plan, living room - kitchen with stainless applicances, and beautiful dining room. Our master with king bed, flatscreen TV and walk in closet plus sitting area with work station. Guest bdrm with King, 2nd bath & showerand a 3rd twin bunkbed room. Additional sitting area with queen sofa sleeper. A large laundry room w/full size washer & dryer. Outside, the swimming pool is deep, heated and screened in! Gas grill and coverer pergoda and table for 6.

The house was perfect! Close to everything we needed including the beach. The heated pool was perfect for the kids after coming back from the cold winter ocean. Would definitely stay there again!

Thank you Matthew We are glad you enjoyed the heated pool. The beach is fun during the winter, but the water tends to be around 65 in February so it does make the pool feel even warmer!

It was my husband and 3 kids that stayed for 8 nights. It was perfect. There was a lot of crumbs throughout the house but I swept the first night we arrived. No big deal to us. Only downfall was the room with bunkbed had a door that lead outside with a slide lock that had previously been broke. Personally I didn’t feel comfortable with my 5 and 3 year old in there and the master bedroom being at the other end of house. Overall it was a great place to stay and would again.

I love being a host, taking care of guests needs, and always trying to be on top of everything and anything a guest would like - as I would want them to take care of me. The Bellair area is minutes to the beaches, fun shops and restaurants and accessible to all the the Tampa Bay area has to offer which is so much.

The character of Bellair is quality, old Florida with the modernization that provides plenty of options without every feeling like cookie-cutter commerce. There is less traffic, beautiful walking areas and easier access to the best beach in the Tampa Bay area, - not-so-crowded Indian Rocks Beach.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The layout of the property makes it feel very spacious. Most everything in this home is quality, and comfotable. The swimming pool is beautiful and I love that is caged and sunny.
