Pleasant renovated house, in a quiet area, close to the sandy beach. Sea view.
This vacation home is located in a pleasant side street, just a few meters from the sea in Audierne.
Audierne's beautiful beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Everything is within walking distance: the nearest crêperie, a bar, a beach bar, the fishing port, the ferry to Ile de Seine, Audierne town center, etc.
Tennis courts, a sailing school and a scuba-diving school are all in the immediate vicinity.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with fireplace and TV. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. Also, there is a washing machine and a dryer at your disposal.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (1 with 1 bed of 1.60 m, 1 with 1 bed of 1.20 m, 1 with 2 beds of 90 cm, 1 with 2 beds of 80 cm). There is also a bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
The house is equipped with electric heating and wifi. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture, and a garden shed for bicycles.
Electricity" package of 100Kwh is included in the weekly price. Beyond that, each additional Kwh is billed at €0.35.
