Another perfect stay

Lenin is always very attentive and available to answer any questions. This is my 3rd time staying there. It’s become a home away from home. The apartment is always clean and comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit this year.

Perfect stay

I never had stayed at a short term rental before. The hosts made the process very easy and were very nice helping me through the process and making sure my stay was comfortable.

Everything was lovely. Such an adorable space and the hosts were very helpful. I will add: A/C in the living room would be great. We spent our time in the bedroom because the front was just too warm. Water for guests would be a great addition Overall, the stay was as expected and hassle-free

What a welcoming place to stay! Easy access to get to. Covered parking keeps your car in the shade. And when you walk into the apartment it feels like a home that wrlcones you. Very attentive hosts easily available. 5 stars

Amazing Find!

This space was fun and inviting. It was a relaxing retreat at the end of our day. It is conveniently located for day trips to wonderful beaches. Communication was easy as we always received quick responses, we also received some great recommendations for the area, which was appreciated as this was our first trip to Puerto Rico. I would definitley recommend this apartment and look forward to visiting again.

Excellent stay - will be back!

Our experience at the Rosado Apartments will be very hard to beat. Mrs. Rosado was in contact with my wife and me via telephone before and during our trip. While driving to the property, I got a little disoriented - OK, totally lost. Mrs. Rosado provided instructions that got us to the right place. She clearly takes pride in her property. In addition to keeping the apartment spotless, she is quite an interior and exterior decorator; simply looking at the pictures, paintings and other items she has was fun in itself. The memory foam top made our bed very comfortable and the quiet neighborhood contributed to a very relaxing stay. Mrs. Rosado is very helpful and committed to ensuring her guests have everything they need during their visit. More than feeling like we were renting an apartment, she made us feel as if we were staying with family. We found a gem and are looking forward to staying at the Rosado Apartments during our next visit to the Island of Enchantment!

Quiet and comfortable

The apartment is super clean. Lenin is super attentive and very communicative. Great fresh cookies to welcome you. My daughter and I had a great stay. Convenient location away from crowds so it’s nice and quiet, but not far from anything you want to experience on that side of the island. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.

Good location

Súper nice, muy limpio. En el pueblo de San Germán, cerca de Lajas. Lenin es muy buena anfitriona, las camas cómodas y el sitio muy tranquilo. Y las galletitas que nos pusieron estaban riquísimas ! Buen lugar, lo recomiendo !

Beautiful & Cozy

This apt was perfect for our stay on the island. The owner was so nice, friendly and accommodating. She was there to greet and welcome us and to see us off on our departure date as well. During our stay, she was very helpful when we needed anything and very communicative. We will definitely be staying here again. The apt was impeccably clean and beautiful. We will be back!

Rosado Apartments

Communication with the owners was on going and pleasant. They were very helpful in every respect, from sites to see to labs doing COVID-19 testing. The apartment was beautifully designed, comfortable, clean and had everything needed for our stay. It was located in a nice neighborhood and had a designated parking space. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay there immensely.
