Newly built modern 3 Private UNITS condominium overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Spectacular Ocean Views, Sunrise and City skyline. Centrally located from major attractions: 3min drive Poblado (strip of restaurants, bars souvenir shops and nightclubs) 5mins to Boqueron Beach, 8mins Playa Buye, 20 mins Faro (lighthouse beautiful panoramic view ) & Playa Sucia, 20mins Parguera, 30 mins to Combate Beach and 30-40 mins Mayaguez Zoo. Nearby towns Mayaguez (15mins Mayaguez Mall), Rincón, Guánica.

Unit 3 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Master Bedroom with queen bed, air conditioner and private walkout balcony overlooking the ocean. 2nd bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and air conditioning. Fully equipped Kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker and utensils), BBQ (charcoal), Internet & Smart TV. Beautiful, tropical pool (shared), surrounded by nature.

Gated private parking: One designated parking per unit. Street parking available for additional cars. The unit is on the 2nd floor, accessible via ramp (no stairs).

We’re located in a quiet area, between the mountains and the coast, surrounded by the beauty and sounds of nature. Spend the day at the beaches and attractions, then return to the tranquility of the mountains and enjoy fresh breezes, ocean views, starry skies, and the call of the Puerto Rican coquí.

Vista Bella is a newly constructed three-unit villa. Each unit can be booked individually, or the entire villa can be reserved to host up to 16 guests comfortably, ideal for large groups, family gatherings, reunions, and vacations.

Ok so this place is amazing. Highly recommend for the sunset view of ocean. A few things to note: If you have old knees I’d worry for you a bit as it has a steep rise up to apartment. Pool is nice but a tree sheds into it so be prepared to skim it. The rooms are very clean and spacious with ac. Kitchen is nice as well as living space. Driving up is a bit rough but doable. We’d totally stay again

Great Place

We loved staying at the Ocean View Villas. The place was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the view was spectacular. We also enjoyed the rooster wake up call in the morning, it was very charming. We would stay again if given the chance.

***Superb Location***

This property was priced very well for location...it was quiet, isolated from the hustle, and easily close to the poblado and Boqueron balneario. We appreciated that it had a pool in the back of the property for some privacy and spacious parking as well. This is a must place for you to stay...we got kind of lucky as we were the only ones staying as I believe there are between 3-4 suites for short stays. Overall, a great experience and fantastic host where communication was spotless, prompt, and paramount to the vacation.

The property is located on a high mountain, breathtaking view. A bit complicated/confusing to get to but a quick face time call and the property manager helped.Very clean, and very well equipped. Wish we had stayed longer. The property is 10 minutes from Playa Buye… a must’

A perfect getaway

The place is very comfortable, clean, close to Boqueron. Swimming pool is a gem. Definitely a place I'd stay at once again. We had a little hiccup (leaky valve in the bathroom) and it was fixed in a flash. The owner was SUPER responsive and a great COMMUNICATION. 5 stars

All the necessities!

This simple, clean and convenient space was all we needed. Pool was a great refresh after walking to and from the boardwalk. The walk to town was about 20 minutes but the hill does make it a little harder. Watch out for iguanas! Host was responsive and the view was beautiful!

After a fiascio of first property being booked and cancelled the day we got there, we found this listing, booked, and were given the property within minutes! The view from the balcony was absolutely AMAZING!! And the hosts were out of this world! Any questions that we had were answered promptly, Also we were given recomendations on the island for things to do. places to eat and stores to get the things we needed for our stay, At the end of our stay, our flight details got mixed up and we texted hosts as to getting 1 more night stay which was taken care of both professionally and quickly! You won't be dissapointed!

Peace and relax place

I loved the cleanliness. very clean. I found a place that breathes peace. Beautiful view. The only negative thing I can say, only one bag of garbage for 3 days, the sofas need to be replaced and we could not use the pool, they had not finished the details of the railings and the street is not in good condition. little difficult for low cars. but we loved it. beautiful view. take off for flybug..

Nice view in a quiet neighborhood. Need to invest in a better mattress, linens, towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Would be better if printed signs are installed as opposed to hand written and spray painted ones. Key access code should be provided early on arrival day. I had to wait 30 mins, then was assisted by the handyman who was around by coincidence.

OK Stay.

The condo met our needs and was clean and convenient to several west coast beach areas and towns. But we found it had several deficiencies that the owner/manager should and can easily correct... and we will let them know our thought on this. The building has two units which if rented together for 4-7 adults or a larger family, would make the pool private and the limited outdoor environment unshared. This would enhance use of the facility. Fortunately, while there we had quiet neighbors, or no neighbors, and this gave us the pool and outdoor area to ourselves keeping the situation pleasant. While far better than a hotel room, this is not a luxurious or private place.

Worst experience ever.

I received a phone call hours prior to my check in telling me there was a double booking and my reservation was canceled. I was placed in an hotel for 1 night and not able to gind a place the remaining of my stay. I never received a call or e mail to check on me or my family.

Excelente lugar, sin embargo no puedes prender el radio por que los vecinos de la parte trasera se molestan y te llaman la atención. En la propiedad encontramos cucarachas muertas. La piscina con pobre mantenimiento (llena de hojas de un flamboyan). La cama de la habitación principal; el box en mal estado creando molestias para descansar. La comunicación con el HOST muy mala.

Todo estibo bien solo hasta q llovió, al pareser las ventanas de la casa no estan bien selladas y entro agua por toda la cosina, llegando hasta la parte d la sala, un cuarto tubo go Terri d agua todo un dia el cual no se pudo usar, pase al rededor d un dia d mis vacaciones secando agua con toallas ya q ese dia estuvo lloviendo al menos medio dia, se llamo al dieño d la propiedad para notificarle pero no vinieron a resolver nada mientras estuvimos n la propiedad, al fin cuando termino la lluvia mi esposo y yo pudimos limpiar todo y salir a disfrutar d mis vacaviones
