Located on the east end of the Strip behind the Triangle Lounge.

No, stair climbing is required to enter and exit the home

Guests have access to the entire unit, designated fire pit and picnic table!

Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

**There are 3 total units in the building all rented to vacationing guests. All entrances and spaces are private. **

-Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. There is an additional one time $50 fee that applies to guests who travel with pets, otherwise the stay with the pet was unauthorized. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.

Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice, small but perfect for the 2 of us on our girls get away. Everything was new, clean, and the beds were comfy! We’ll be back next year for sure!

Great cottage on the strip

The newly renovated cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. We have been coming to GOTL for decades and this is by far the nicest location we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, amenities included for shower and laundry. Would recommend and definitely will book again.

Great location

Clean, updated cottage. Perfect size for a small group of friends or family. Nice location within walking distance of all businesses on the strip!

Great location!

I took my wife and adult kids and we loved the rental. Clean and updated. Close to the strip. Restaurants and shopping close by.

2024 St Patrick's day pub crawl

Had a great time! Location of property was perfect. Easy walk to everything. Property was updated and probably the cleanest and most well maintained that we've stayed at in the area. I would definitely recommend this property or any of the Sunset properties in Geneva on the lake.

Clean little unit

Nice little unit... just off the strip but everying within walking distance... if you want beach access you would need to take a short drive. The unit was clean and all amenities working well. Great place if you're looking for a pet friendly place to stay thats close to the strip.

Our second visit to this Sunset property

We reserved all 3 units for the 4-8-2024 Eclipse. We Were allowed access on time. In fact, Sunset allowed us to park EARLY at our units for a pick-up for a wine country tour, through their Sunset touring service. The units were clean and comfortable for all 15 of us. Gary grilled steaks on the provided charcoal grill, 3 grills in total. There was plenty of room for us all on the picnic tables. The fire rings were well used both nights. We like the location on the edge of town but convenient walking distance to what Geneva On The Lake has to offer. Thanks to Sarah, tour guide Rick and Adam for making our trip more enjoyable.

Beautiful updated rental. Easy communication with owners. Only a few issues. 1. Being an older adult once soap was used in the shower there was nothing to gripp onto almost falling in the shower. 2. My last day there, someone moved in next to me that had a dog that barked the entire time when they went out. Thin walls...Other then these issues I still highly recommend this unit. You mostly only sleep there anyway...enjoy Geneva on the Lake ...Rent a Golf Cart too ...makes things easier. You able to ride on streets.

Nice for the price.

The room was nicely remodeled. But I did notice a couple issues. My wife and I both jammed our fingers while trying the open the shower door which has the handle too close to a pinch point between the glass panels. A much bigger concern though was how paper thin the walls are between us and the next room. The four ladies next door were not making too much noise... it's just that we could hear every single word they were saying in our room with perfect clarity. (Also you want to make sure whoever put the showers in for you complete the grout in the lower corners because there are two gaps there and you're going to have mold in the future if they're not closed:) But unfortunately quite frankly the thin walls will probably keep us from staying here again.

Perfect Quick Getaway

We had such an easy and amazing time. We were conveniently located near everything we needed to be. We had a last minute change of plans and had to bring our dogs, but there was absolutely no issues at all. Communication was a breeze. We will 100 percent be staying again.

I would have given 5 stars but the pictures when I chose the property made the property look much bigger then it really was as 4 adults really could not be comfortable in the kitchen Livingroom combo and the listing is for 6 adults
