Relax with the whole family in our peaceful cottage in GOTL! Newly constructed home (2020-23) offers a full kitchen, laundry, 2 living room areas w/ smart tv's and a comfy indoor gas fireplace. HVAC with central air and ceiling fans will keep you comfortable!
Our spacious back porch with outdoor furniture is shaded in the afternoon and overlooks a small goldfish pond. Grill or enjoy the outdoor fire pit and picnic tables! Wood available for purchase.
Favorite features include a large soaking tub for two and shower, as well as a spa-shower, and towel warmers. Our kitchen and grill are ready to cook, eat & drink! Enjoy fresh brewed coffee, tea, or a glass of local wine. Practical amenities are included, such as: toilet paper, towels, linens, blankets, coffee, tea, cookware, utensils, clothing hangers, soaps & cleaning supplies.
We are an easy walk (.5mile) to the east end of GOTL Strip and just .25m from Lake Erie - Geneva Twp Park, bike/walking trail. 3 miles from Geneva Beach. No pets.

This house was perfect for us for Thunder. A little farther than we like to stay but was a great property. Very spacious, clean and had everything you need for the weekend. Sarah was quick to respond with any questions or concerns.

Perfect Weekend Stay

The house was exactly as advertised and the host, Sarah, was very quick to respond anytime there was a question that needed to be answered. Couldn't ask for a better spot to stay for a friend's birthday. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great! The host was very communicative and super helpful, and the property was beautiful. It was a great place for a larger party and within walking distance of the strip, which only made the stay better. I would absolutely come back again!

Girls trip

We stayed at this location for a girls trip and it was perfect. The house was exactly as listed and super clean. It was nice to have a bed for all the girls so nobody had to share. We would stay here again!

Everything was seamless from booking, timely communication with the host, and check in to check out. The house was wonderful - clean and spacious! Loved having the stocked kitchen and the fire pit and jacuzzi bath were icing on the cake :) 5 stars - highly recommend 👍

Location, Location, Location

Stayed here while in town for a family reunion. Pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the Strip. Loved how the bedrooms were spread out on both sides of the property. Very clean. Would definitely stay again. Already planning another trip.

A wonderful spacious house in a great location

The house was big and comfortable with a huge backyard, a nice deck, a fire pit, an inside jacuzzi tab, and everything else that we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing long weekend. We could walk (5 minutes) to the playground and the lake to enjoy some gorgeous sunset. The house could accommodate the needs of our entire group with a bunch of children between 2y.o. and 12y.o. The hosts responded to all our inquiries promptly, and the check-in and the check-out processes were quick and easy. We would, definitely, like to come back here again! Thank you!

As someone who enjoys travelling and seeking unique experiences, I wanted to also host families and guests in search of similar retreats. I enjoy hiking the mountains, playing in bodies of water, spending time with my family around a campfire, and offering guests a sparkling clean, luxurious get-away for reasonable rates. Hosting has also inspired my husband and I to visit more areas to gather ideas and consider the needs of our guests - which equals more travel - a win, win!

My husband and his mother (MJ) lived in GOTL for twenty years. We renovated the original house in preparation for our marriage, completing the final total makeover in 2023. MJ enjoys gardens, birds, and wildlife, you will see deer, turkeys, squirrels and birds around the goldfish pond in the backyard which was originally hand-dug by my husband as a gift for his mom. Summer flower gardens surround the house and yard. While the summer has some busy weekends, we are in the quiet part of town with wonderful neighbors. Our first thought was to create a comfortable home for our family with modern conveniences and up-to-date styles. We are thrilled to share our first home with you as you seek relaxation in GOTL.

We saw the need for both family or group gathering spaces and privacy. Our home is perfect for families or groups traveling together but also desiring private spaces with locking doors. We've lived in and decorated the spaces, ensuring that basic amenities are readily available. Board games, books, smart tv's in the living rooms, all the kitchen basics, and luxury shower/bath options are just a booking away!
Guests visiting Spire will be just 7 miles (15 minutes) from the sports center. If you enjoy the outdoors, we are just .25miles from the nearest bike/walking trail, Lake Erie at Geneva Twp Park, 3miles from Geneva Beach and Kayak launch, or swing through the trees with a state park canopy tour! There are local fishing trips, wine tours, and of course, the GOTL Strip Experience.
Come home to an indoor or outdoor fire, relax in modern central air conditioning, and sleep in comfortable beds after a local glass of wine.
Wake up with freshly brewed coffee or tea, cook breakfast or visit a local restaurant. We've got lots to do!
