A TV in the bedroom and one in the living room. Its terrace and its enclosed garden area will delight families with pets.

The sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away (200m from Pourousset beach), the center of the Cap Esterel village is a 5-minute walk away. Agay train station is a 10-minute walk away.
