Enjoy a riverfront stay on the beautiful Rogue River! Gorgeous views and conveniently located just 1 mile from I-5 by the City of Rogue River. Day trip to the Redwoods or Crater Lake easily! Shakespeare Festival in Ashland is nearby and Hellgate Jetboat Excursion in Grants Pass only 10 miles away. Newly remodeled, large kitchen with island, 5 burner gas range and double oven. Kitchen, dining room, private outdoor deck and patio seating all overlooking the river! Enjoy your own private river access where you can fish from the shore or raft/
swim, there's also a boat launch less than 1 mi away at Coyote Evans Park, where you will also find a greenway for miles of biking/walking along the river. This home has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Full laundry and plenty of parking. Come enjoy all that Southern Oregon has to offer!

Family Trip

The home was super clean and had everything we needed for 2 - 4 person families. We enjoyed the nearby towns and our time on the river. We'll be back again.

Lovely riverfront property

We had an absolutely terrific experience here. The hosts were great; check-in and check-out were seamless, and the views were stunning. Definitely a place we would book again!

We remodel and sell homes as our primary business .... when we found this one we just had to keep it because we loved the riverfront and thought it would make the perfect vacation home!

This home has many unique benefits... from the amazing kitchen to the many windows facing the river and the comfortable homey feel of the living and dining areas. The yard and patio are really great, and although it is nestled between the highway and the river, and very close to the bustle of town and the freeway, it offers such a relaxing getaway while still providing the convenience of easy access to all the activities in the area.
