No, stair climbing is required to enter and exit the home

Guests have access to the entire unit, designated fire pit and picnic table!

Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

**There are 3 total units in the building all rented to vacationing guests. All entrances and spaces are private. **

During your stay, we ask that you please:
• Do not remove heavy makeup with our bath linens.
• Do not use hair dye of any kind.
• Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
• Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

My wife and I spent two nights here. It was easily accessible, close to the shops/restaurants, and a short drive to the beach area. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a great shower. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was nice and clean, beds were a bit cheap and after a couple of days they began to hurt our backs.The sofa is terrible, it's so low that we could barely get out of it. But all and all we had a great time and would rent it again

Quick Getaway

The unit looks exactly as it does in pictures. We love that everything is modern and updated. We also liked that they supply plenty of bath towels. The firepit area was perfect and the location of the rental was ideal. Cant wait to stay here again.

Perfect location

This was an excellent place to stay! At the end of the strip with the market on the corner! Couldnt of asked for a better location. Everything within walking distance, but quiet at night! Very clean and comfortable!

Surprise trip!

My family and I came for a quick 2 day trip to surprise some friends! This property was within walking distance of most things we did or within a quick 10 min drive! It was clean, quiet, and just the perfect little space for my husband and twin 8 year olds! I will definitely book again!

Clean and comfy!

We enjoyed a short trip to Geneva on the Lake with our dog and this property was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to a beautiful park by the lake. Not much was open on the strip during our stay (one pizza place and a few bars) but the unit is within walking distance of just about everything. The beds were super comfortable which always makes a stay more enjoyable. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Not as clean as it looked.

There were several insects killed on the ceiling and not cleaned up. The silver appliances- the refrigerator and microwave were wiped down at one time. Whatever was used made a smearing look. It just didn’t look clean. I was afraid to use any kitchen appliance with my food so we ate all our meals out. That in turn cost us more money. There were black circular objects in the shower before I showered and even more after 3 or 4 shower. Don’t know where they came from and it was a bit alarming. Then there was no indication of where the towels and washcloths were located nor the extra garbage bags. Then if we run out of something we were told in a note to go buy it. After all this, there was a tip envelope for a cleaner. And we were appalled that we were required to wash the dirty towels. There was no instruction on what setting to use. My machine has a sanitize setting which I use for towels and sheets. Stripping the bed, is normal. We were to sign the guest book but we couldn’t find one to sign. There was no phone number given in case of an emergency. And no candles in case the electricity went out. Also, there was no snack basket or a breakfast basket It wasn’t very warm and inviting.

Perfectly Clean, Pretty Small

Everything was good, but the place is rather small. There is not a table for 4 people to eat together or play cards. That said, i will stay there again. I love this little town. There is a bar 200 feet away --no driving needed!

Awesome apartment and location!!

When we arrived the place was spotless! Totally newly remodeled. Location was perfect...walking distance from main strip and beach but not so close that you heard all the noise from the live entertainment on strip. We loved it, and will be back!!

Great stay

My family & I travel to Geneva every year and decided to switch up where we stay & we’re so glad we did! The location of this is perfect because it’s not directly in the crowd of the strip but only steps away so you don’t have to worry about driving anywhere.

Girls trip

This property is exactly as described. It’s a small space but has everything you need. There was 5 of us and we had a blast. No need for golf cart u are in walking distance of the strip if that’s what your going for. We arrived early so I called to let owners know we were gonna park cars there and walk the strip and she checked to see if our room had been cleaned. Within min. Got back with me and told me it was and we could get in early. We would most definitely rent this place again.
