Charming Unit-11A St James-Full Amenity Access

Cute and beachy 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa in lovely Saint James Park of Kingston Resorts. The living room features a pull out sofa, faux fireplace and access to the back deck, which has a table and seats 4. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and has tons of cookware and cooking utensils to create amazing meals! The kitchen is open to the eating nook with seating for 4. The downstairs master bedroom has a king sized bed and a ensuite with a shower/tub combo. The upstairs guest room also features a king bed, an ensuite and has access to a private deck. This unit also has a stacked washer and dryer.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

Cute little condo

Wonderful little condo with many amenities! The splash pad was a huge hit with my grandkids. The lifeguards were amazing with the kiddos. The only issue is the shuttle. I called many times and couldn’t get a hold of the shuttle and the front desk staff were disinterested in helping in any way. We walked to the splash pad. It’s not a long walk but with a 3yr old, 5yr old and 11 year old it was a little inconvenient. I walked over to the hotel to ask about the shuttle for a ride back because the shuttle was out front but there was no driver. The front desk receptionist replied “ I don’t know he must be in the hotel lobby somewhere.” And she said there was no way to call him. Other than the minor inconvenience of the shuttle service, we were extremely happy and would definitely return. We will just be prepared to forgo the shuttle. There was no need for me to contact the host but they left 2 numbers in case we had any questions. The information packet was great and they gave us a full map of the property and a map of the area off the property. If you’re looking for a lot to do with kiddos there are many things on and off the property. We also enjoyed the ice cream parlor on the property. There is also a place to rent golf carts near the ice cream parlor. Highly recommended especially if you have little ones!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation experience was great. The unit was good . The floors needed to be cleaned better. The stair steps had not been vacuumed from previous tenants. Especially behind the bathroom doors there was build up of hair from other renters. Other than that everything was good

Ultimate Vacation

All I can say is the condo was amazing. Everything was as pictured/stated. I felt like I was at home. My husband and I really enjoyed all the amenities and most importantly the beach. We didn't want to leave. I will be returning soon. Love it.
