Enjoy nature, wildlife, hiking, and one of the coolest, funkiest spots around. High-design with massive attention to detail. Wood burning fireplace. Huge fully-fenced yard for your pups. (We supply all the dog stuff you need including treats!) Literally the best screened-in porch you have ever experienced - feels like a treehouse. Fully-stocked stainless kitchen by professional chef including high-line induction oven with pro-level hood, massive stainless farm sink, and dishwasher. Great selection of appliances, knives, dishes, serving plates, and cutlery. Two bedrooms (Main suite is a loft) / Two baths (three showers!) plus bedroom/den (with our famous full-sized Bali bed) nestled in The Woods. Amazing indoor and outdoor living-the perfect city getaway. Set up for working remotely with high-speed internet and dedicated workspace. All bedrooms have flatscreen TV's with premium cable. Super cushy beds, pillows and linens. Plenty of parking. Sleeps 10 including West Elm trundle bed in living room and futon bed in loft. Guest passes available for amenities- pools, gym, tennis $10/per person per day.

We are a husband and wife team, Teddi Segal and Adam Rather.
Our backgrounds:
I am a seasoned real estate and marketing and design professional. I founded my company Honey House in 2014 as a real estate brokerage, staging and design shop, and grew into a specialization of restoring, renovating, designing and selling Victorian homes in the city and now a focus on Mid-Century Moderns in the country!
Adam is the co-founder of the restaurant group, Mother’s, (a Baltimore institution) and after a 20-year career as the executive chef, he now works with me at Honey House Homes.
We bought our first house here in WV in November 2020 as a getaway for ourselves and our four dogs. Today we have four wonderful homes in West Virginia that rent out and we live (most of the time) on the mountain nearby on 14 acres. We stay in our homes at least a day a month to make sure that the quality, cleanliness remain 100% - and to make improvements and updates. We want you to feel welcome in our home and make it the best experience possible.

The record collection??? The funky retro vibe?? The screened-in porch might be the best thing ever! It literally feels like you are sitting inside the treetops. This place just has a super special vibe. Dogs love it!
