この家具付きのコンドミニアムは、歴史的なStory＆Clark Piano Factoryの町の中心部にあります。 大きな1つのベッドルームには、高い露出した天井と窓、オリジナルの梁、木製の床、可動式アイランドを備えた設備の整ったキッチンがあります。 大きなバスルーム、寝室に独立したジャグジー浴槽を備えたユニークで広々としたフロアプラン。 ガスグリルとビストロダイニングを備えたバルコニーをお楽しみいただけます。

遊歩道は建物の正面にあり、ブティック、マリーナ、レストラン、桟橋、ビーチにアクセスできます。 トロリーは、歩いたり自転車に乗ったりしたくない場合は、チヌーク桟橋からビーチに出ます。 ハーバーフロントコンドミニアムは、屋根付きの通路でレストランやショップにつながっています。

釣りのチャーター、ヨットクルーズ、何マイルもの自転車道がすぐそばにあり、ミシガン州の最高のビーチの1つが数分先にあります。 屋上デッキから噴水を見るか、単に通りを渡ってチャンネルパークに行くことができます。 ファーマーズマーケットは、新鮮な花と農産物が集まる徒歩3分です。

The condo was fully stocked with supplies. Right in downtown.Very clean. Host was very prompt in returning messages and was extremely easy to work with and very helpful. Will definitely book again and would highly recommend.

Grand Haven Coast Guard City USA

A great rental. It was much roomier than the online photos implied. Check in was easy and the kitchen great and well stocked. The condo was quiet and well insulated from outside noise. The unit has a great location being located within walking distance to shopping, eating, the farmers market, charter fishing boats and the boardwalk along the river. Having a reserved parking space was the best plus of all!

Memorial weekend 2025

I love the condos avaliable in the old Piano building. This was no exception. Host was wonderful. The condo was perfect for us. Wonderful all around stay. We will return as soon as time will allow.

Grand Haven Getaway

Great place and location to the boardwalk and the beach. The condo was in a beautiful old building and had everything you needed. Jeannine was very helpful and concerned when we had a tornado watch one night. We were unable to get the place for Saturday night since it was already booked but she helped us out finding a new place.

Amazing!

My boyfriend and I truly loved every second of our stay. The pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It is an adorable little place and surprisingly quiet for how great of a location it is. It is really close to all the little downtown shops so it was super easy to pop over to them. Sitting on the balcony and reading in the morning was super relaxing and the jacuzzi tub was sooooo nice. I will say my only real negative which isn’t a big deal at all was that the floors are extremely squeaky. The people above us weren’t moving around a ton but I felt like It must sound like some elephants to the people under us lol. Not a real issue though just a little quirk.

Charming, Quaint and Comfortable

The unit had all of the amenities you could desire and the area has a lot of attractions to keep you wanting to come back. The hostess was very kind and accommodating even when I lost the key.For a place to stay with lot's to do for two adults, you could do no better!

Fun Comfortable Spot

Place was great for our lil weekend getaway. Coffee, breakfast, lunch, bar, all within walking distance. Quiet building and cozy condo!Communication and directions from the owner were seamless and easy.

Has all you need and history to boot

First of all the location is wonderful. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Second the building is pretty awesome. Third the owner was extremely great to work with. Fourth it is quiet. I could go on....

Prior to arrival I text with host about coffee maker my concern was that I was bringing my own coffee and the coffee maker was kerug. I asked if she had refillable pods. she did not and ordered some and they were waiting for me when I arrived.

Great Location

We enjoyed being across the street from the waterfront. Beautiful to see each morning. We were also with in blocks of the quaint downtown area, with great restaurants. The condo was quiet and clean, a great place to relax after a day out. The architecture of the building is also pretty cool.

Perfect getaway

Great location - walking distance to several restaurants/bars, and a short 5 minute drive to a beautiful beach. Also, only about a 30 minute drive to Grand Rapids, so we were able to catch a couple concerts.

Piano Factory Condo

We had a great time staying in the middle of the action during the Coast Guard Festival in Grand Haven. I grew up here and knew the town was going to be crazy from all the tourists. We were expecting the carnival to be really noisy, but we didn't hear a thing. We did hear the parties and bands that were playing at the VFW and Eagles down the street, but they stopped at 12:30 as advertised. We didn't mind as we stay up late anyway, plus we were catching up on the highlights of the Olympics. The condo was very nice and works well for two people. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Enjoyed waking up late to a peaceful little town. Like the large shower and good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The balcony is very nice but faces First Street, not the water, still very nice. The rooftop deck gives you a nice view of the water. Lots of people on the roof deck enjoying the fireworks & drone display. Parking was wonderful & easily accessible to the building. If I had to give one complaint, it would be the coffee pot. They have a Keurg, which is fine for most, but my husband prefers an old style coffee pot so that he can get really strong coffee. If a simple pot could be provided this would make it top on our list! We totally enjoyed the town, went to Anna's for breakfast, enjoyed Cinnamon Bread at Harvest, went to Tip A Few for the FIRST time, walked the boardwalk and the pier, walked to the parade and art fair. Wonderful time!! 5 stars.

We live in Grand Haven in the summer and always meet all the renters that stay in our condo. We love this beach and town, the combination can't be beat! We travel a bit and always compare our beach and Grand Haven always wins! Good Morning America had it right! We always meet our renters at the condo and if they are new to the area give them tips on things to do if they decide relaxing on the beach is not enough!

We love the town of Grand Haven with the beautiful beach, boardwalk to the pier and the unique small town atmosphere that still has good restaurants and shops. This condo had such a 'big city' feel with the brick walls and wooden floor but in my favorite 'small town' with lots of good entertainment and relaxation
