Downtown in walking distance to all shops and food. Across street from musical fountain show. Could see it from patio. Place was clean and spacious and well stocked. Great for 2 people.

Great location & building

What a fun and interesting building. Tons of parking and right in the middle of all the fun. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping and the fun water show. Right down from the beach and there is a great path along the water to get there. The condo was beautiful, the building was quiet, everything was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and convenient

The condo was beautiful and conveniently located near the downtown Social District. The condo was very clean and modern. The parking was very accessible and a short distance from the front door. We had a great stay and hope to come back again!

This condo is a 10 plus! My wife and I loved everything about, the cleanliness, amenities, the closeness to restaurants and the easy of checking in and out. Our host was spectacular and answered our texts immediately. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful Space!

This condo was great! Very clean, organized, spacious, had everything we needed. It was right across from the river and marina where we had our boat. Thank you to the owners for renting this space out to others, because we will be back again!

Great place to stay in Grand Haven

This is the 3rd different condo we stayed at in the building in the past 3 years. The location is awesome and that is why we keep going back. The host was responsive and the property was as advertised. The place was clean, bed was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The place was immaculate! Would definitely rent again in the future.

Perfect

Very clean, nicely decorated, and it really has everything you need. The location can’t be beat, park the car and walk to everything. Watch the musical fountain from the patio after picking up some ice cream half a block away. Will be back.

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience! The property was lovely and exactly as described. (actually, much more spacious that expected!). The kitchen was well appointed and had everything this cook would want for preparing meals, even if the fantastic restaurants available lured us away. ;-)The bed and linens were fresh and very comfortable, and plenty of extra towels available if needed. Having the washer and dryer right there was a nice bonus.Having a specified parking space close by was a big plus during the summer high season too!The location of the property is just 2 short blocks from all downtown has to offer, yet the building was never noisy, and was wonderfully quiet in the evening. We never made it up to the observation deck on the building next door, but I hear it's a great way to see the musical fountain and night activities. The host was most gracious, and immediately available for communication. We would LOVE to stay here again in the future!

One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at! The location was excellent as you are able to walk in town and to the water with ease. The property was very well equipped with everything you will need as well as updated decor. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
