Welcome to this charming villa in Cassy, in the commune of Lanton, perfect for a dream stay on the basin! Upon arrival, the outdoor space will immerse you in a holiday atmosphere. The beautiful covered terrace is ideal for enjoying breakfasts, summer salads, and grilled skewers in the shade. The soothing view of the swimming pool completes this idyllic setting, with the promise of a refreshing dip.



The living space, decorated in a seaside spirit, is divided into four distinct areas.

The lounge, oriented towards the outside, invites gatherings, lively discussions, or board games;

The dining room, conducive to convivial moments around good meals;

And finally, the fully equipped kitchen, spacious and with a view of the garden and terrace. It features a cooking range with 6 gas hobs accompanied by an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and an electric kettle.



Above the living area, a mezzanine where you can take a TV break (note that the stairs and railing are dangerous for children), in the evening, the unfolded sofa offers comfortable sleeping for two adults.



The villa also includes two bedrooms. The first, open to the garden, has a double bed, parquet flooring, and a wooden ceiling, creating a "cabin" atmosphere conducive to tranquillity and rest. The second bedroom, with its two single beds, evokes the seaside with its blue tones.



A large bathroom is at your disposal, equipped with a double sink, an Italian-style rainfall shower, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.



For your comfort, you will also find large storage spaces, an iron, and an ironing board. The house also offers two parking spaces.



*This house is not suitable for children under 5 years old due to the stairs and mezzanine. The pool is open from 1st June to 30th October.
