Cali Outdoor Living 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Pool Home, 12 Mins to Disney, Pet-Friendly

This luxury 4 bedroom corner lot home in historic Morrison Park comes with two master bedrooms with en-suite baths, one of which has a separate entrance and is totally self-sufficient - perfect for 2 or 3 couples vacationing together. Enjoy a BBQ by the pool or dine al fresco & watch your favorite movies on the 75" TV in the resort-worthy pool and lounge area. The formal living room has a piano and a 65" Samsung Frame TV with surround sound, while both the indoor and outdoor dining rooms comfortably seat 8.

There are top-grade furniture and finishes throughout the home for those with a taste for the finer things. The home is a 12-minute drive to Disney and a 20 minute drive to Newport Beach. LA is 45 minutes away.

A pet fee of $25 per night per pet for smaller pets and $50 for larger pets is available if you’d like to bring your furry loved ones. See details below for unacceptable breeds.

We supply sufficient paper goods to get you started - such as toilet paper in every bathroom, paper towels, trash-bags, etc.

You can choose to heat the pool for an additional fee of $95 to $175 per day to cover the cost of gas depending on the season. A 4-consecutive-nights minimum is required to heat the pool. Please let us know before your stay starts so we can have the pool warm on your arrival. Pool heating is available at the highest rate from Dec thru Feb.

We provide two full propane tanks for your use during your visit for the grill and fire pit in addition to the two tanks on those appliances.

There is one detached unit above the garage. It's designed with meticulous privacy in mind and only accessible from the opposite side of the property. You would never interact with those guests except while walking in the beautiful tree-lined neighborhood the home is in. If you wish to rent that unit, please let us know.

There are audio and videos recording cameras on the exterior perimeter of the property for your safety and ours. There are no video or audio recordings in the pool or outdoor living areas of the home. Please bear in mind to respect our neighbors by maintaining quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

Although we allow pets, there are certain dog breeds, which are not acceptable. Please send us a message if you have questions for your particular pet.

Another wonderful stay!

Stayed in December 2024. Host was communicative, responsive and friendly. Check in process was easy, house and unit were immaculate. Kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked, neighborhood is quiet. Great stay, thanks so much!

Thanksgiving

We had an incredible Thanksgiving stay at this Vrbo property. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly suited for our family gathering. The pool was a highlight, even with the cooler weather – it felt like a true escape. Everything from the amenities to the location was top-notch. The Last Hurrah of Summer 2024

We (the Grandparents) treated our family to the perfect long Labor Day Weekend. Our Santa Ana house (located in an upscale neighborhood) was the BEST choice for us. The layout of the house, even the suite with kitchenette; the large pool with an outdoor entertainment area/dining table for 8 made our family extra happy, feeling relaxed & 'zen' & we experienced an unforgettable vacay together!

Amazing house !

A beautiful home with a very high standard of decor. Lots of cleaning products etc to use which is great. Only two sun beds so would have liked more. Owners so lovely and always answered very swiftly to any enquiries. Although it was advertised as 4 bedroom property including guest bed/bath we actually only had access to three bed home not annex over garage but that was fine but think that should be advertised in the price. A great place to stay, highly recommend.

Christmas in SCAL!

We spent 5 nights at Christmas time and very much enjoyed our stay. From the start, David was friendly, flexible, responsive and informative. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of street parking if needed. The house itself is set up well. Off to the left side is a separate granny unit with its own bedroom and bath and kitchenette. Very cozy, private and secure. The main house is roomy yet also cozy. Everything is very clean and well-kept. Lots of thoughtful touches, gracefully decorated but very comfortable. This house is updated and well-built - from the triple sliding doors and metal screen (I'm not talking cheap aluminum!) to the furniture (indoor and outdoors) to the kitchen appliances. The double ovens came in VERY handy! We had Christmas brunch in the backyard. What a lovely setting, and the 2 umbrellas provided plenty of shade. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. We later had Christmas dinner in the dining room. Lots of seating and table space, and just so enjoyable to have a nice family dinner. We then watched holiday shows in the living room, where you have plenty of TV and movie choices. Bedrooms and bathrooms were also very clean and comfortable, and well supplied with hand lotion, body wash, shampoo/conditioner. You can tell that David spent a lot of time thinking how to make his guests feel welcome and at home. This is an awesome VRBO and I highly recommend it!

Beautiful home

This home is lovely and perfectly appointed. The beds are super comfortable and the host was always available and helpful. (He even had bar code instructions re turning on the fire (two working fireplaces) and firepit. Beautiful backyard and pool. A wonderful experience overall. The home was even better than it looks in the pictures, which is rare.

Excellent Property! Highly Recommend.

Property was fantastic. We stayed here for our first visit to Disneyland. Our family of 4 and my mother in law. It was the perfect house to escape the chaos of Disneyland. The yard was exceptional and the house was spotless. David was amazing as a host. Would stay again!

Great place

We rented the house with the attached studio with a separate entrance for a gathering of our family. There is a short outside walk between the studio and the main house but it worked out great for us. It gave my aunt and uncle some privacy since there were young children with us. The house was very clean and well equipped. The pool was sparkling and the patio was very comfortable with cushioned patio furniture and a large umbrella. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property. We would stay here again!

The perfect Christmas gathering spot

I absolutely loved this place! It was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. The pool and patio area outside was so relaxing! This is a great place for a for a vacation stay with some friends. I highly recommend it and I will definitely stay again.
