What a find — a beautifully remodeled Breckenridge condo with high‑end finishes, stainless appliances, granite counters, and TVs in every room. Located right in downtown Breck, you can walk to the slopes, stroll to Main Street, or hop on the shuttle at the end of the block for quick access to Peak 9 or the gondola. Dining, shopping, and après are all just steps from your door.
This comfortable condo is perfect for families or groups of friends, with a well‑equipped kitchen for meals in and endless options for nights out. New memory‑foam mattresses ensure a great night's sleep, and the in‑unit washer/dryer plus super‑fast dedicated WiFi make it ideal for extended stays or work‑from‑home trips. Two parking spaces are included right outside the door, with additional options nearby.
StayLTD manages multiple units in the area, so if you're traveling with a larger group, we can easily accommodate everyone. Optional Cancel For Any Reason insurance is available for bookings made 30+ days in advance, allowing cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
The main renter must be 25+ and present during the reservation.

The condo is in a great location just a block from Main Street and walking distance to the lifts (or the bus on the corner that takes you to the lifts). While on the small side, the condo has a fresh feel, and is well maintained. The place was well stocked with all that we needed.

Great over night house

Needed a quick overnight house for a few guys this was perfect parked the car and was able to walk to everything. Will be looking for this property when I return .

Great location, beautiful house

Stayed here with some friends for a weekend getaway. Was a beautiful space close to all the stuff in town. We could walk to everything. Host was east to communicate with. Checked in on us and we had everything we needed.

nice location downtown, clean, few things could be updated, bowls for cooking, fans upstairs, understand that might not be possible, super stuffy and hot in the upstairs units. has the basics for a short stay.Smoke alarm kept going off when nothing was burning, super annoying and difficult to get it to turn off, had to keep fanning it.

Great Location

This was a nice pace in a great location. Pictures looked larger than what it actually was but it was large enough for what we needed. Very clean, and Brett was easy to work with. I appreciated the fact that there was shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion provided. Thank you.

Never got access to unit. Manager not responsive.

We never received and email with access code and the property manager did not respond until 2 days in to the reservation. We ended up stranded with no where to stay. It took 6 hours to find another hotel on a busy holiday weekend. Parking Spot #5 was also not usable because we would have blocked in a pickup truck that was parked perpendicularly.
