Resting only a short walk to Main street, this mountain haven is the ideal home base for enjoying the delicious eateries and excellent ski slopes that Breckenridge has to offer. The abode is part of a complex that's home to an indoor/outdoor pool, a gym, hot tubs, and saunas for you to enjoy.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

This was our first time to Breckenridge and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We could walk to ski, eat, shop. It was so convenient! Beautiful, well maintained home with a bathroom for every bedroom and garage parking! The hosts were very friendly, helpful and fast to respond. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Beautiful stay right next to it all in Breck!

Great spacious place for a good size family or a few couples. Will definitely be staying here again. Fantastic experience. Close to downtown and lifts within a few minute walk.

Ski Vacation

Loved our time at this property. The unit was well maintained and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We had one little hiccup with a broken coffee maker and Avantstay was quick to respond and find a solution. Would highly recommend this property.

Exceeded expectations!

Great property - spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. We were pleasantly surprised at how great the location is - it’s literally across the parking lot from the hot tubs and about 200 feet from QuickSilver lift. AvantStay hosts were responsive to our couple of questions and quickly secured us some bedding for the pull out sofa. Would definitely stay again!

The Rocker - Wonderful Accommodation/Great Location in Breckenridge

This accommodation at The Rocker in Breckenridge is really wonderful, with a LOT of space that includes individual bedrooms/bathrooms, a nice open gathering space and large dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped and has some basic staples for use. There are two balconies and a lot of windows to enjoy the beauty of the Breckenridge area. Paid parking is available, however if you have a larger vehicle, note that the parking spaces are limited and some are narrow. Although this is not really a 'cabin' as stated in the 'About This Property' section and in the title, this is a really nice, well appointed apartment/condo within The Village at Breckenridge property.The location is ideal whether you're interest is skiing or visiting the heart of Breckenridge (walking distance.)A very short drive will take you to all the local, beautiful areas that surround Breckenridge (Lake Dillon for instance.) A local team for AvantStay sent us a text in time for our check-in, and introduced themselves with a local contact number.I will say that before this text arrived, in the days/weeks before our stay, there were several email updates with directions and information which, at times, were conflicting and confusing (other reviews on VRBO have also pointed this out.) I'm hopeful that the AvantStay team that is off site, can correct these issues in the near future. The local area AvantStay team was quick to answer the few questions we had. Thank you for a great stay, we hope to stay again!

Perfect location on Peak 9!! Needs a little TLC.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable trip at this condo. It was the perfect location to Peak 9 lift. Walking distance to Breck Sports for ski and snowboard rental. This was ideal for small kids. It’s very nice to be able to come straight off the lift and be at your condo.The layout was great inside and on the second floor made it easy for entry and exit. Everything was set up nicely in most of the rooms with some modern touches of decor and such, The garage and parking spots were very small and hard to navigate especially with a large SUV. You could barely squeeze in the garage and parking spot without feeling like you were going to hit something. They had wood fireplace and the wood was located in the garage that you had to bring up to condo.The TLC part… 1) Good point of electrical issues. Flickering lights in the kitchen that they didn’t get repaired during our visit. Outlets not working. Some lightbulbs just need to be replaced as well.2) There was a good bit of areas throughout the condo that hadn’t been fully cleaned with hairballs and lent ballls in closets and by beds. 3) Some of the chairs at kitchen table were loose and had to be repaired.I gave the condo an 8 overall due to the minor issues as overall the stay was great and set up was nice. I would recommend a stay and hopeful they fix the minor issues. Thanks!

Breckenridge Rocker

I am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While we appreciated the clean and well-kept unit and the convenient location, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience.Firstly, the need to check for parking and make reservations should be clearly emphasized. Parking near the hotel is a nightmare, and if you are lucky enough to find a spot, you cannot leave with your car because you may not find a spot nearby when you return. The message we received stated there was no parking, yet it is first come, first serve. This was misleading, as it seemed like we could park if we arrived early, which was not the case. If we had known there was no parking available, we would have looked for a unit with guaranteed parking. How does a hotel not have sufficient parking for its guests?Additionally, the dryer in our unit was not working properly, taking forever to dry our clothes. The unit in the hallway was often in use, causing further inconvenience.Another major issue was with the digital key cards. They rarely worked on the first try, and sometimes did not work at all. It was fortunate that there were six of us, as we would all try our keys to see whose worked. There were times we were stuck in the hallway trying to get in or had to wait for someone from our group to come let us in. Even the garbage chute required a digital key, which never worked, forcing us to walk all the way there with garbage only to be locked out

While we’re glad to hear you found the unit clean and well-maintained and appreciated its location, we’re sorry that certain aspects of your stay were frustrating. Regarding parking, this is unfortunately dictated by the Resort and not something we have control over. There are fewer parking spaces than units, and all parking must be reserved in advance. We do our best to communicate this clearly in the listing, which states: “Parking is not guaranteed.” Still, we understand how disappointing it can be to arrive and find parking unavailable, especially in a busy area like Breckenridge. As for the digital key cards — we couldn’t agree more. The system is proprietary to the Resort and, in our opinion, not guest-friendly. We do provide physical key cards as a backup option, but it appears we didn’t hear from you during your stay regarding access. Had we known, we would have delivered a set right away to make things easier for your group. We also appreciate you flagging the issue with the in-unit dryer. It’s a newer appliance, so we’ll be coordinating with the HOA to have the vent lines cleaned as soon as possible to ensure it’s functioning efficiently. We truly value your feedback and hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you again under smoother circumstances. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can assist further.

Family Ski Trip - Breckenridge

The condo was awesome! We had a group of 10 which this place can accommodate but I would say would be more comfortable with 7-8. The kitchen is great, bedrooms all comfortable, and bathrooms in good shape. The washer / dryer could definitely use an update. We ended up shifting to using the dryer out in the hallway because the one in-unit could not dry our cloths. Proximity to town and the mountain is exceptional. All in all great place that I would stay in again.

Beautiful property with a few hiccups

The condo is beautiful and well-decorated but we had a few minor issues throughout our stay. The check-In process was unnecessarily complicated. The unit was very hard to find. The hotel-like “front desk” doesn’t exist and they sent us blocks in the wrong direction in part because they don’t manage this property. I was told there is Parking then no Parking then finally Parking but unrealistically tiny spots that we struggled to fit my sedan into. Once in, I didn’t feel like I could ever leave because of no assigned parking and space constraints with giant SUVs packed in. Also, the site says live check-in is required to receive your key card to the unit. This is inaccurate and caused unnecessary stress. A lockbox contains your key and Parking permit. The manager was very accommodating and let us check in early which was very generous and appreciated - we just had to track him down via the avantstay concierge. Once Inside, the layout is awesome. Tons of space and aesthetically pleasing. My kids loved the bunk bed. However, I thought the master mattress was SO uncomfortable which felt odd for such a luxury-like condo. The master bath is great. The vent in our kids bathroom didn’t work which wasn’t a big deal but odd. The dryer requires about three dries to actually dry clothes. But, we greatly appreciated laundry at all. The kitchen was great- spacious with a breakfast bar and lots of seating and a big pantry. We did lose water pressure one day but that was corrected almost immediately and due to an issue in a different unit. I felt like I had to be in contact with management and/or the concierge service regularly which has never happened on one of our trips and we always rent houses when we travel. Overall, the location is great - close to town and the slopes and I wouldn’t trade the square footage, layout, and decor for anything! Great cable and tvs that were easy to operate and lots of games for kids too! TV at rented houses is usually a struggle to maneuver and it wasn’t here. Also good wifi which is very necessary! We would come back!

Awesome getaway in Breck!

This cabin has everything! We very much enjoyed our stay as we were two families with small children. Very well stocked chef's kitchen and LOVED the heated floors. Beds were a bit firm for our liking - but not a deal breaker. Jeff, the property manager was absolutely amazing - he made out experience worthwhile!
