Villas by the Sea is a 17 acre oak-shaded beachfront Resort/Condominium Complex located on Jekyll Island, Georgia. Amenities are restaurant, lounge, pool, beach, barbeque grills, volleyball court etc. Killa Villa is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo that overlooks the pool, barbeque and picnic tables. Bedroom 1 on the second floor has a queen bed and private full bath. on that same floor is a full kitchen and living area with a balcony. On the third floor are two more bedrooms and shared full bath. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, full size washer/dryer and balcony. Famous Driftwood Beach is adjacent where "The Walking Dead" shot the beach/shipwreck scene! This property underwent a total restoration within the last 2 years.

We had a great end of summer vacation in Jekyll Island and really found a gem of a condo to enjoy it in. Great location, overlooking the pool. Walking distance to the beach (Driftwood) and some great natural beauty to take in. Enjoyed the Italian restaurant on the property, as well as the bar. Recommend the pizzas! 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, nice bathrooms, what else do you want?

Tommy is a great host. He checked in with us and offered us ample details prior to the trip. The location of the condo overlooking the pool is nice. The week made for a nice trip for the family at a slower pace than the Gulf beaches. Our favorites were Driftwood Beach, Glory Beach, Captain Phillip's Dolphin Tour, and the 4H Tidelands Nature Center (for our animal-loving child).

Spacious villa very close to the beach. Comfortable and clean. I do wish the living room furniture and balcony furniture was more modern. The current set up is comfortable but not as family friendly as I would like for lounging together after a long day in the sun. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay and our host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Outstanding stay. Tommy, the host, was the best. Easy check in, location is great (don't believe google maps, you can get to the beach and its awesome). Beds were comfortable. And Driftwood beach is amazing. Stay here.

We have stayed in a number of VRBO and AirnB rentals and Tommy is absolutely the quickest host to reply to our texts. He also sent several suggestions for activities, shopping and information about Jekyll Island. It very quiet and relaxing at the Villas by the Sea. We really enjoyed our stay art this Condo. Hopefully, we will be able to return.

Great stay in Jekyll Island! Our host was very responsive and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The layout is very spacious and was perfect for being able to spread out. The view of the pool was terrific too cold to use for our stay but looked very inviting from inside.
