Ideally located less than 20 minutes from the beaches, train station, airport and Montpellier downtown, our house welcomes you with 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 to 12 people.

### Outside

The entrance is through a large private gate, opening onto a driveway of about thirty metres that leads to the parking lot with space for 4 to 5 cars. To the left, a small outdoor dining area adjoins an open weight room with a small roof. To the right you will find the heated swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and a small lounge area for relaxing. Also enjoy a barbecue for convivial outdoor dining.

The 1200 m² garden offers many leisure facilities, including outdoor games such as a swing with slide, a table tennis table, an archery field and football goals to organize friendly matches. A small garden of 200-300 m² at the back of the field adds an extra touch of greenery.

### Indoor

As you enter through the front door, a small corridor welcomes you, with a vestibule on the left serving as a changing room. On the first floor, on the right, is a large 50 m² games room equipped with a pool table, piano, pinball machine, library, puzzles and various children's games. This games room opens onto a 30 m² relaxation area with a bar, TV and seating area, offering a superb view of the pool. The pool view is also visible from the kitchen, providing a harmonious visual connection throughout the first floor. A bathroom with toilet and shower is accessed from this room, with two floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the pool.

The entire first floor is an open space of 150 m², comprising a dining area for 10 people and a state-of-the-art kitchen of 25-30 m², equipped with a central granite worktop that can seat 8 people at the table. The kitchen has an American fridge with ice and water dispenser, a built-in shelf on the fridge, a coffee maker, a food warmer, an oven, a microwave oven, and a dishwasher. A living room/cinema equipped with a video projector completes this space, perfect for movie nights with family or friends.

### Upstairs

Upstairs, the house has:
- A master bedroom with toilet, shower and dressing room.
- A children's bedroom with a bed for a little girl or boy, and a travel cot available.
- A bedroom with two separate beds that can be pushed together.
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet at the end of the hallway.
- A fourth bedroom with two beds that can also be pushed together.
- A fifth bedroom with a large double bed.
