Great house, awesome location

Easy check in, Jack was helpful and gave a tour. Fully furnished with everything we needed. Great location for getting to downtown, plaza mid wood, cotswald all about a 10min commute. We enjoyed our stay

Nice, clean, updated property in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood was very friendly. Close to shopping and Uptown Charlotte. We had a very comfortable stay. Thanks Jack!

We'll Be Back!

We enjoyed our stay in this house and will definitely come back again. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. It was exactly what we were looking for and more. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog and the master bedroom was so comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and great restaurants and shopping close by as well as being very close to downtown attractions. We loved Pizza Peel which was just around the corner!

Second Stay

Back for a second time. Pleased to see that the quality has been maintained. This time Charlotte was going through a cold snap and all the heating systems were well used and efficient. Clean and Safe place as a base for visiting Charlotte.

Outstanding stay!

After a long drive, this was the perfect place to check-in - very clean, good and central location, everything in working order. All linens were freshly laundered and in great shape. This was more like staying at a luxury hotel combined with a townhouse than a typical rental. The owner was amazing and made sure all details were taken care of. I am usually very skeptical of staying somewhere new especially not being familiar with the area but the owner made my stay worry-free. I would definitely recommend this to folks traveling to Charlotte or relocating to Charlotte. The owner also specializes in relocation and was invaluable as my husband and I searched for a new home. I would stay here again anytime. Thank you Jack for a wonderful stay!

Lots of room and great yard

I relocated to Charlotte for work, so I stayed here for a month while I was waiting for my apartment to be ready. The house had everything I needed- linens, kitchen supplies, WiFi and cable, staying here made my move really easy. One of the best features is the yard- it is completely fenced in and has a nice big deck with a grill. Recommend to anyone looking for a long-term rental.

Ammendment to previous review

After the owner was made aware of the problems, they have all been taken care of. The house is spacious and in a lovely neiborhood. It features wonderful large closets in each of the bedrooms and is has plenty of room to entertain and stretch out.

Short Stay in Charlotte

Returning to Charlotte, where I once worked, I wanted a location that was central and safe as a base for my vacation. I was very pleased with all the arrangements regarding the property and was pleased also with the cleanliness and layout of the home. The owner was very accommodating to my requests for information as I was travelling from my home in the UK and needed reassurance as to what I would find when I landed in Charlotte. Overall an excellent experience and splendid home.
