The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a queen bed, and the third has a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

There is also a dedicated workspace, perfect for those working remotely.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The Place de la Nation, Parc de Belleville, Père Lachaise Cemetery, Tomb of Jim Morrison, Saint-Ambroise, Paris, Great Mosque of Bagnolet, Belvédère de Belleville, and Square des Amandiers are all nearby. The Gambetta station is only steps away, and the Pelleport station is only a 7-minute away. The Paris Gare de Lyon station is only 3.2 km away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as La Bellevilloise, Le Perchoir, and La Maroquinerie. Cafes, such as Chez Prosper and Moncœur Belleville, are also nearby.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Pyrénées (line 11), is just a 9-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
