Private Dock, Pontoon Boat Option

This beautiful half-acre property features a gentle slope right down to the lake, offering an unforgettable waterfront escape for up to 12 guests. The home is designed for comfort and entertainment, with ample space for everyone.

* **Living Areas:** Two separate living rooms, one on each level, each with comfortable seating and a Wi-Fi-connected smart TV.
* **Ambiance:** A cozy indoor stone fireplace for cooler evenings.
* **Kitchens:** A fully equipped main kitchen for all your cooking needs, plus a lower-level kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and wine cooler.
* **Outdoor Oasis:** Two levels of decks, double picnic tables for group dining, a fire pit for stargazing, and a private dock.
* **Activities:** Kayaks are provided for you to enjoy paddling on the lake directly from your private dock. Ping pong and Foosball tables for group fun!

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities, including the private dock, kayaks, and the full half-acre property. For your convenience and our privacy, a few small closets used for personal storage and the outdoor storage shed are not accessible to guests.

* **Ample Parking:** Please park in the spaces indicated, out of the road.
* **Waterfront Property:** This is a waterfront property with direct lake access and a private dock. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any children.
* **Pet Fee:** If you are bringing a dog, please let us know in advance so we can apply the additional pet fee to your reservation.

So many guests asked, so we added this option. Boat rental is available at our dock. Each day is dusk to dawn and is quite convenient - comparable to local rental rates. Prices include TN state tax. Add $500 deposit for lost or damaged equipment. Multi-day discounts 10-25% off as quoted below:

Boat rental includes tubing equipment. It also allows you to visit two lakefront restaurants - B&B Marina and Crazy Current Restaurant - which are 10-15 minutes away by boat
