Family gathering for wedding

Location was great. Kitchen appliances were worn out and extremely dirty. Exterior was in need of cleaning and maintenance. Furniture was worn out. Very disappointed in house. We had to complete cleaned out. It was full of mold and grease. Washer and dryer did not function. Garden tub jets did not work. Everything was just worn out.

Great space for family!

Great space for a family group. Large home with good flow. Beautiful view. We had a great Thanksgiving there and made special memories.

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Owner was very accommodating. Only thing I would say needs upgrading is the mattress on the pull out couch.

Please do your family a favor, and just don’t.

From first impressions, all the way until we were checking out, this place continued to disappoint and disgust us. I had to resort to hosing my 1 year old down outside like a dog because I refused to put her into any of the showers. There is what looks like black mold in both of the guest bathrooms and you are in standing water, with black specs coming up from the drain, as you shower. The house was filthy when we got here. Absolutely no way it’s been cleaned for awhile. I also felt like the bedding wasn’t clean. The bedroom that has the double bunk beds also has what looks like the HVAC/water system just out in the open, with a sharp metal base right next to beds. Perfect for little kids, or adults, to cut their feet on. The oven had two broken burners on it. The fridge light was out. With the overall dirty theme across this house, we didn’t feel comfortable drinking the water from the fridge. Which we couldn’t do anyways because the water stream was basically dribbles coming out. My family wanted to meet up here for a family reunion and spend the 4th of July together, and if it wasn’t for the fact that we all drove 10 hours and there was 8 adults and 1 infant, basically making us feel stuck, we would have left the night we arrived. Instead we felt forced to stick around just to spend some time together and the entire time we were just overall grossed out. I 100% believe they are making fake reviews to hide how bad this place is. Please don’t book.

Family Reunion

Enjoyed 3 days gathering here, lots to do- ping pong, pool, corn holes and even kayaking and paddle board. The weather cooperated as we were outside a lot and then enjoyed s'mores around the fire pit!

Fun Get Away

Overall, the property was just as pictured and we had a good time. The walk down to the water was a bit more steep than we realized but it was completely doable. Having a paddle board and kayaks available for us to use was nice!

Great Place

We totally love the riverfront house. It is very convenient to pull my boat down and put it on the lift so I can get it out of the water at night. There is plenty of room for kids and adults of all ages with plenty to do. We had a little problem with the air conditioning, but the house manager Tiffany was fantastic at following through answering whenever I called or text and taking care of the problem. We are definitely looking forward to returning in the future.

Family Vacation

Great location for a family vacation with family from all over the country. All had fun in the water paddle boarding and kayaking. Will will rent again if vacationing in the area. Communication went well with the owner. Very quick response to any question or issue.

Yearly family trip

Every year, all of my brothers and sisters, their kids, my kids, our spouses and our parents go on a family trip. We decided to try somewhere new this year and the house and property did not disappoint. There was so much to do at the house and, we enjoyed our days on the water, kayaking and paddle boarding. We would definitely stay here again next year!

Fun Lake trip!

Our family of four went with another family of four and had a blast. Plenty of room! The dock was awesome with a covered space and uncovered space, seating and paddleboards to use. We rented a boat for two days and tubed all over the river...so pretty!

Media/game room was amazing; great fishing and location on the lake; plenty of propane for gas grill and firewood for fire pit supplied by owners; kitchen very well stocked with all cooking utensils/hardware; very clean; great location for hosting a large family/group; easy checkout process.
