Great location in the Cotswold area close to restaurants and shops. Easy highway access, minutes to uptown. House is decorated in boho chic interior. There is a really nice covered back deck overlooking a private, quiet, and peaceful, fenced-in backyard.

Nice little gem

House is spacious and great for a small family. The traffic along the front of the house is a bit noisy but did not deter from the overall stay. I loved the back porch to relax.

Perfect Getaway

Spacious house, beautifully decorated and very clean. Comfortable beds and an amazing host that wants your stay to be perfect! The covered back porch was my favorite for cocktails and board games.

Great time in Charlotte!

Shane did a great job and we were able to connect with him mostly through text cell. We will definitely make more trips to this place. Lots to do in North Carolina. Thanks to Shane for making our stay comfortable.

Great stay

We spent four weeks at this property. Internet is reliable for multiple zoom calls at once. The house was very clean at check in. The host was responsive to minor requests throughout the stay.

Enjoyed our stay.

Very clean- enjoyed our stay but the house is on a very busy highway- hard to get in and out of driveway.

Cozy

The home is Beautiful & Clean! The host definitely knows what their doing with décor. The quality towels, wash clothes, & bedding was nice added touches. The beds were extremely comfortable & the rooms spacious! The only thing I'd suggest is mentioning that this property is located directly across the street from a graveyard. Everyone may not be too fond of that. However, the back patio was a nice trade off! Relaxation. The only time we realized where we were located was coming and going. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Responsive Host

Everything was as stated in the description of the unit. House was clean, host provided startup items such as coffee and snacks. Also the host was available to address minor issues. Overall, we enjoyed this stay and if in the area in the future we'll stay here again.
