Great property in Plaza Midwood. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nice linens. Well equipped kitchen including sharp knives! I cook for my family of 6 (who live nearby) every night and found everything I needed. Hosts were lovely to work with.

Perfect Spot for a Mom and Teenager

My son attended a week long summer camp at the NASCAR Hall of Fame and I didn't want to stay at a hotel for that length of time. We needed a place with room to work, prepare meals, and relax. The home was spotless with lots of amenities. The host was responsive and helpful. We took a walk in the neighborhood every night and felt very safe. There are lots of restaurants nearby. There was plenty of parking and we only heard the neighbors in the attached home once or twice (seems they were having some sort of gathering but it was well within the acceptable hours of having a gathering.)

Great house in a great location!

House was very neat and clean. Neighbors were very quiet - we only heard people once and they weren’t very loud. Paula was very kind and helpful with recommendations. If we need to stay in Charlotte again, this will be the place!

Perfect place for our visit!

We went to Charlotte to visit our son. We usually stay in the city but decided to stay a little closer to our son. We made the right choice. The rental was super clean, communication with the owner was prompt and the neighborhood was very nice. We would definitely stay there again. We had a nice note welcoming us upon our arrival with a few snacks! It was a nice touch!

Very happy

We are very selective where we stay. This place was very clean inside and outside. A great location if you want downtown area.The only thing I would change is a more comfortable couch, especially for an older person. Otherwise very happy!

Duplex near uptown

The duplex was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again during future visits!

Just as wonderful as described

Stayed here for 3 nights. Three adults, one 4 year old. Felt great that it was so clean having a child. Very easy to stay here. Good location for walking. Will stay here again

Perfect for us!

My son had surgery and we stayed here for a week while he recovered. Everything was as described and we were able to order food and groceries to be delivered so we didn't have to leave the property.

Great location

Excellent Spot in Plaza Midwood

I’ve stayed here a number of times and have been pleased with it every time. The host is quick to communicate and accommodate where possible. The walkability to Plaza Midwood is my favorite part!

Third time, still great

This is the third time we've stayed at this comfy home, a bungalow with pretty much everything you'd need for a visit. Saying that everything is the same is a compliment... the host has maintained high standards and provides just the right amount of communication. Great location in the Plaza Midwood area, within walking distance to many restaurants, but the block feels very residential. Highly recommended!
