Recently renovated condo close to downtown Kailua-Kona. Two pools, one right on the ocean (saltwater pool) and one freshwater pool. BBQ area overlooking the ocean. Beach area where you can sit right next to the ocean and enjoy beautiful Kona sunsets! Enjoy light relaxing sounds of the ocean... No Street Noise! A perfect vacation getaway. Kona Trolley stops directly in front of the property. A ride to downtown or to Keauhou in an openair trolley along Alii Drive. Small convenience store in front for those last minute needs! As advertised! But we knew what to expect as we had stayed at Casa de Emdeko on a prior visit. The condo worked well for 2 people with a well stocked kitchen and a view of the ocean. The pool areas are well kept and clean, not to mention refreshing. And the locker with beach stuff was great, chairs were a big plus for us.

Thank you for our stay. The apartment is very well equipped. We loved the complex and even had the pool to ourselves. The sunset from the pool is wonderful and the gardens immaculate. It was really useful having the private car park so we were able to tour the island.

Lovely place!

Clean and adorably decorated. The grounds are well maintained with spectacular landscaping.Convenient to town—could walk or rent bikes—we Ubered for less than 10. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Relaxing stay, amazing condo!

The condo was beautiful and very relaxing. The grounds are amazing with two pools, we especially loved the saltwater pool near the ocean. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Nice spot in Kona close to everything

Very nice VRBO in Kona. The complex is mostly seniors and they take good care of it. The unit is clean and pretty well apportioned. We would probably stay here again.

Lovely condo, great location

Jackie was a very hospitable and responsive host. Her place is lovely, clean and nicely decorated. We loved swimming in the salt water pool next to the ocean at sunset. The living area was a bit snug for 4 adults but we made it work, and overall really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

The condo was exactly as described, pools were great and met some very nice fellow travelers. Manta Ray snorkel @ nite once in a lifetime if on the Big Island make the choice do go swim with Hawaii Oceanic.

Great Owner+Excellent Condo

Casa De Emdeko is a perfect stay on the Kona side. Highly recommend this owner and property. The Condo had everything you need for long stay too.

Well maintained unit and complex. We used the bbq to cook dinner one night. Easy drive to Kona coffee belt and 40 minutes to Hapuna Beach. Short 5-10 minute drive to other beaches as well as to downtown Kona.

Very nice property

The property looks to have been refurbished fairly recently, and is very artfully appointed. My wife liked it better than any of the other properties we've stayed at in the various islands.

Amazing place!

Very clean and full equiped apartment. We stayed for a week; very nice location to downtown Kona, but you need to drive. Quiet place; the two pools (open intolérance 9:00 pm) have been really appreciated by our family!

Great stay

The grounds were beautiful and the unit was pristine. Check in was easy and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We stayed to watch some friends do the Ironman race. While a little far from the start, the run passes in front the property but overall it was a great location for other key sites. The a/c made the stay great as it is hot and humid.
