The Space:

Ocean Park 1216 at Big Fish Rentals. This large three-bedroom condo will be enjoyed by your family after you pass through the entrance! The kitchen features full-sized appliances, and the incredibly spacious terrace provides unhindered views of the ocean and is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. In the apartment with a full-sized stove, microwave, and refrigerator, take pleasure in the ease of having your own kitchen.

Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach are all within a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the well-known local restaurants, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions.



Getting Around:

Using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft is strongly recommended. And there's Turo.

the host needs to supply more cleaning supplies, should label cabinets so people know where things are. Should supply clean towels no charge ! But in all the trip was Great

We had a great experience. I also wanted to update and say the elevator is super fast here and we were on the 12th floor. They also have 2 spas/hot tubs. Ones inside ones outside. And an indoor pool and outdoor pool. They also have a special grooming and dog daycare on level 1 called furology. We were able to take our dog out onto the beach from level 1 to stroll the beach. Its super close to all the attractions and we visted most. Family kingdom, ripleys aquarium, ripleys believe it or not, boardwalk, skywheel, and the coastal strand mall. Also alligator adventure isnt far and we went there. Theres also parking under the building to keep your car cooled off that you can take the elevator from. Definitely enjoyed our stay and i feel the photos were an accurate description of the condo!

3rd bedroom bed BROKE and could use!

The views, the beach and pools- amazing. I was disappointed that i paid this much and expected perfection to get checked in. To a taped up bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom *which was planned to hold 3 people**You could j9t sleep on those beds at all. A broken baby gate and wall damage in tge kitchen and 3rd bedroom. Sent pictures to tte managing company, but no one offered to give any money back, even though we vouldnt use the 3rd room or beds.

Nice rooms, clean bathrooms and beds, furniture in good condition, amazing view, nice pools, great location . PlayStation controller wasn’t working, if it wasn’t for the miscommunication at the check inn part that was a nightmare, it could’ve been an awesome experience, but I had to send my credit card and id twice through different links making it fraud suspicious, work on your checking system.

Save Your Money! This is a Dump!

This place deserves less than a one. The property is not well maintained and is 2 hotel rooms joined together in a bad attempt to make a condo. There were lots of issues with the condo and the management company and owner made no attempt to address any of them during our stay. It takes 20 minutes for the water to get hot. Apparently a known problem, as when I called they asked if I had let it run 20 minutes. The ice maker was broke and we had to use ice trays like it was the 80's. The dishwasher was not secure to the wall and nearly fell on my wife when she opened it. There is hardly any space in the rooms to walk in fact the master bedroom door was not even as wide as my luggage. I wish I could attach pictures to show how bad this place is. Things cost to much these days to be just "ok".

Could not have ask for better

Everything was great. From our check in to check out. Everyone wants to book the same hotel next year. Love the attention given to us and especially the accommodations for our dog.

Many things were not completed or cleaned prior to our stay.

The dishwasher was not completely installed, No extra linens. The place was never cleaned, or linens changed during our occupancy, as we were led to believe would happen. There were very few plates, cookware, etc., for cooking and meal preparation. There was not enough toilet paper for bathrooms. And we never were able to connect with owner.

Horrible

The bunkbed was broken, and they did not fix it. Not one bed was made. I was making beds at 11:45pm after traveling all day with my handicap mother. I was told by the property manager and owner that the top bunk bed was safe for my child to sleep in even with 3 missing bolts. There is no way the bed was safe to sleep in or have someone sleep on the bottom bunk.

Disappointing

The dryer didn’t work the month of September. I contacted the rental agency multiple times with quick response ‘Thank you, we will let the team know.’ CLEARLY the ‘team’ did NOTHING to resolve this issue. Another guest had the same issue the first week of September. The shower curtains WERE DIRTY! They had not been changed and had clearly been hanging for quite a while. Disgusting!! The water faucet in the kitchen was defective. The refrigerator was dirty with fingerprints all over the front and handles. Every bed in the condo was less than comfortable. Overall, the condo wasn’t what one would expect for the cost. OH!!! The small motels next door are most definitely drug dealing locations. Don’t go out alone at night. I would NOT recommend this condo 1216 to anyone. We will never rent from this company again.

HORRIBLE

As we walked in it smelled like cigarettes, I had no sheets for the master bed, toothpaste stains in the sink, black hair in the shower along with mold on the shower curtain, BUGS EVERYWHERE!!! Tiny little bugs crawling everywhere (praying they aren’t bed bugs), roaches, and the dryer doesn’t work! I reached out multiple times for help! Not once did I get a response for any of my concerns! We travel A LOT and have NEVER experienced such a disgusting arrival and zero help to make it right!

Past it’s time

Beach view & pools are great. The condo is dated & needs many repairs- clogged tub, 4 dishes for an eight person rental, chipped coffee cups, refrigerator drawer broken, bunk bed bolts not tight/unsecure, pans and silverware filthy- just to name a few. We continued list throughout week. If we had maintenance for every need, we might as well moved.

Great stay

We had a great stay. When we first got their the outdoor hot tub wasn’t working but they got it fixed the next day. We are right on the beach and the amenities were great!!

Not very well cleaned or maintained

The property wasn't very clean when we got there. The sliding balcony door handle is broken, the guest bathroom fan has no cover on it exposing a lot of dust, the dishwasher was broken and out of use, there were broken blinds in the guest bedroom. The management that runs this property has been very attentive and easy to communicate with but the property itself was not very nice.
