This custom-built home off the golf course has beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light, and calm with neutral peaceful tones throughout.

The home has four spacious bedrooms, two living rooms with tv's in each to enjoy all of your streaming delights with professional-grade wifi, a kitchenette, and a formal dining room.

Enjoy a cooking oasis with two ovens, a large prep island, wine fridge, and coffee bar. Bring the outside in with a brand new double-sided grill. With the addition of multiple Breville appliances to let your culinary skills shine; cold press juicer, waffle maker, air fryer oven, food processor and a Kitchenaid stand mixer. Plus a stocked kitchen.

On the property enjoy an expansive yard with big yard games like jumbo Jenga, large outdoor Connect four, ladder toss, and croquet. An outdoor grill and fire table allow for the best outdoor living. Get caught up on your bird watching and soaking up the Golden hour sunsets from the back patio in the hot tub. .
Take a short drive to Leavenworth or go skiing in Snoqualmie Pass.

The main king bedroom has an ensuite with dual shower heads, a jetted tub, and a walk-in closet.

The property was very nice in a nice neighborhood. We were there for a golf tournament at Moses Lake Golf Club. There were 6 of us adults and plenty of room to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The hot tub was not clean, and we didn't get our welcome information until 10:00 the night we before check out. We were there for a busy weekend, so were grateful for a quiet, cool place to relax.

Thank you for staying with us. We apologize that the welcome book was not there at your arrival. The last guest's took it or removed it and we didn't have a back up. We were in touch with you every step of the way. We've since printed two so we always have a backup. We also apologize for any inconvenience with the hottub, its a plastic interior so does have some discoloration however I personally handwashed it and can ensure you it was very clean. Thank you for the feedback as it helps be better hosts.

Spacious, Comfortable Home

Very nice, spacious house with comfortable furnishings and tech upgrades (monitors to hook up laptops, fast phone chargers, etc). Heavier window shades would’ve been nice for sleeping, but all together a great place to stay

Great House right by the golf course.

Our family stayed at the house for a golf tournament and everything was perfect. The house was really comfortable with plenty of room in the perfect location. Instructions and communication made it so easy to check in and out and the house and amenities were as described. Thank you Baionne and family for sharing this property with us, we are excited to return next year. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Moses Lake area looking for a quiet house so close to the golf course. Thank you again.

Great place to stay!

This home met our needs perfectly! There were 10 of us, including 4 children. They slept downstairs in the bedroom with the pull out bed, and the three couples each had our own bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood is very nice and the location was great. The pictures posted are accurate. Communication was clear and quick. Check in and check out were a breeze. I can recommend this home and hoe to stay here again!

Family Wedding

We did not have check-in procedures until the morning of our stay, had to call customer service to get. It was strange that the downstair windows had not window covering and the windows upstairs did not have anyway to keep the light out. Overall the house is setup well for large groups.

Beautiful Home and Private Yard

It is a beautifully updated home with spacious open floor plan, all amenities generously provided, especially nice linens, and beds are wonderful. A beautifully stocked large kitchen provides anything needed to prepare meals! The back yard is flat, and large with beautiful privacy ! A clean BBQ provided. The hot tub is nice, and seemed clean, but we unfortunately contracted skin infection called 'hot tub folliculitis', a painful development of multiple skin bumps . Make sure they have it cleaned and balanced chemicals. The owner was very responsive, and did say they clean it before and after each guest, Otherwise the place was perfect !

Great stay for the Gorge

This was the perfect house to stay for the weekend going to a concert at the gorge. We did run out of propane as one of the tanks was empty and the other half full for the firepit and grill. I let the homeowner know but they didn't have a solution for this. outside of this is was great. Walls are thin and sounds carries loudly so if someone is up or gets up before you they will wake you up.
