Perfect place to stay!!! Just a couple of blocks from the beach! Karen had a beach wagon, towels and cooler available for use! We didn't use the pool because the beach days were perfect!! Beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need! Communication with Karen was seamless! She responded within minutes when I had questions about check-in! It's a quiet street within walking distance from Jake's Cantina and Crabby Bill's. Just a short drive to many other great restaurants and grocery stores. I would highly recommend, 10/10!!!! We would definitely come back to stay!

We had a wonderful time at Todd and Karen’s place! We loved that it was stocked with the beach essentials and the location to everything in town. The pool was great and quiet so while not private, it felt like that most of the stay. Our only complaint was more related to staying with a young toddler who is active and wanted to get into everything, so it wasn’t the most baby-proofed but that is likely unique for us.

Sorry about the child proofing, we don't advertise that our condo is baby proofed, just something that would need to be done on a guest to guest basis as all kids are different😎 safe travels!! Fantastic location for family!

We had a lovely stay and with little kids it was great being so close to the beach - and also being able to walk to food and the ice cream store. Communication was great even though we were messaging on Thanksgiving, we had some trouble figuring out the lock but our hosts were very responsive. We didn’t get to make use of the pool as it was fairly cold but the location and area were perfect for us and we enjoyed all the beach decor :)

Great rental in a fun area!

We had a great experience! The property was just as it was listed…clean, open, roomy and perfect for our family of 5. The amenities were wonderful for our kids (pool, basketball hoop, games, etc). Owners were extremely friendly and always prompt with communication. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to vacation in IRB as the location is close to everything you would need!

This was a great place to stay but it was not a great house for kids. Upon arrival, the railing leading up to the house was broken. We did contact the host and they had it fixed the next day. When entering the house, we noticed that one of the spindles in the stair railing was missing making it extremely unsafe for our daughter to walk up the stairs without us being right there. We also noticed that a lot of the outlet covers were missing in the house.

Samone, we are glad you liked your stay! We apologized for the railing and the spindle immediatly. The railing was loose and we sent our handyman the next day who put 2 screws in it to tighten it up, really not that big of a deal. As for the spindle, we offered to send our handy man the next day to repair but your replied "No its fine, we will manage the rest of our trip." We fixed it the day after you checked out. You refused our attempt to correct the situation. As for the outlet covers, not sure what you are talking about as they all have traditonal plates on them!! If you look through our reviews, families have given us 10/10 and parents rave about all the amenities we provide for kids.We are not running a daycare, and the condo isn't advertised as baby proofed, that is up to the guest on an individual basis. Thank you, Todd & Karen :-)

Wonderful vacation

We had a great vacation in Florida at this wonderful property. Had plenty of space for our family of four. The location was perfect! We fished off the dock and walked to the beach. Loved the vibe of this condo and all the amenities. There are a few quirky things like the front door and spindle on the stairs but we caught on quickly. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Fantastic location

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The bedroom were comfortable and having the study set up for additional sleeping was perfect for our teen! We absolutely love the ease of walking around Indian Rocks Beach and it made going to the beach so much more enjoyable. The communication with the owner was Amazing and we felt like we were staying at a friend's home. Cant wait to come back!
