NEWLY RENOVATED BREATHAKING BEACH FRONT 3 bedroom 2 bath CONDO with DIRECT access and superb views of the blue tropical waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The large gulf front balcony has a stairwell that takes you directly to the beach and pool. If you prefer to ride, the semi-private Elevator at your foyer door also takes you to the beach, pool, a private dock on the Intracoastal, or your vehicle.

A Professional Cleaning company expertly cleans the condo by use of a steamer/disinfectant machine to ensure the most germ free environment possible in addition to superb cleaning standards.

We are in “The Narrows” of Indian Rocks Beach. Bring your island attitude to this very special place! In addition to the white sand Beach Front Condo, our Private Waterfront Dock awaits on the Intracoastal for fishing and boating.

Choose your view of magnificent sunsets from the large newly renovated open living room, dining, kitchen, balcony, or Beach. Watch the morning sunlit sky over the Intracoastal from the master bedroom. This immaculate unit comes fully equipped with beach chairs, towels & umbrellas. No need to rent any of these items. The kitchen, bath, and laundry room come with a starter kit.

There is private dedicated password protected 100 mbps Internet service throughout the unit. Updated TVs are in all bedrooms and also in the large Great Room. Some are smart TVs so you can log into your Amazon Prime or Netflix account.



Resort amenities include: heated pool, patio, BBQ grill, private dock, assigned parking.

Activities: 10 restaurants within a 10-12 min walk or 5 min drive. Paddle board, kayak, and boat rentals are nearby. SPLASH HARBOR WATER PARK is a 3 minute ride. SunCoast Beach Trolley stops here daily.

The place is clean and beautiful with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Everyones bed was comfortable. The pool was heated, very warm. It was perfect for the chiller days we had!

Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely condo on the beach. Plenty of space to move around. Furnishings and beds were comfortable. Beach is lovely and the heated pool was nice as well. Would definitely stay again if we come back to this area. Lots of nice restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Our favorite was Villa Gallace. Only 2 small hiccups. It seems like this is true almost anywhere we stay, but the pans used to fry eggs are not very good and eggs stick, The only other issue we had was that we were only given a 15 minute warning that contractors would be doing an inspection of the unit.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The condo and location are both wonderful and the view from the oceanfront balcony was amazing. The private waterfront dock was a nice addition, and my family had fun fishing from it. The hosts were quick to respond and great to communicate with from beginning to end. The inside of the condo was clean and nicely updated. The check in and check out process was easy and condo access was keyless which was great. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels and there were 3 beach chairs available for use. You can't tell from the listing pictures or description but, this condo's 2 bathrooms are both accessed from the hallway (no "master" bathroom) which wasn't a big deal but would have been nice to know. For us personally, we would have loved it if there were a full-length mirror somewhere in the condo or hampers for each bedroom but, there was plenty of hangers in the closet and dresser drawers available to use. With all that said, we did love this condo and our stay here. I gave it a 5-star rating, and we would definitely book here again.

The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. We’ve stayed in this condo building numerous years as its location, direct beach access and maintenance keep us coming back. The hosts responded immediately with the only issue we had, which was minor.

Place was great, outdoor furniture not good for older people. The photos show what was going on outside. We were not allowed on the beach Tues thru Frid. Host did refund equivalent to 2 days stay but I do not feel this was enough, since I picked a place on the beach and not the canal. Lost 3 nights sleep with all the noise from heavy equipment. I will be hearing the beeping all night tonight.

Great vacation and stay

Excellent property

We had a fantastic stay. Very easy access to the beach, excellent view, and very clean property. We also enjoyed fishing the inland waterway across the street and were visited by dolphins during one of our fishing sessions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Great Location

Perfect Beach Front Condo

Location ideal; great communications with Host. Easy checkin. Very tastefully decorated and kitchen well equipped. Quiet location. Elevator a plus - and felt safe. Master bedroom king was "interesting" for two mid-70 adults, but quite comfortable and kinda cool once we got used to it! Six adults navigated this condo very well. We had a memorable trip!

Wonderful condo stay

Maria is a perfect host, with easy communication & very accommodating. The condo is just lovely for families or couples & had everything we needed for our two week stay. Spectacular view, easy walk to restaurants, short hop to grocery stores. I’d stay here again.

The condo was beautiful, and very recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable. The porch was a nice size and the view of the beach was amazing. We had 6 in our group and the space worked great for us.

Loved the place

We loved the place. Three nice sized bedrooms fit our family of 5 adults well. The place is very tastefully updated and decorated. The bathrooms were spacious. We saw dolphins playing in the water from the back porch. The beach was such soft sand and lots of shells. Washer and dryer worked great! Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Our favorite vacation!

Beautiful Property, wonderful experience

The property was just as beautiful as stated on the VRBO website. The beach was beautiful, the condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Our entire party was impressed and ready for a repeat visit. Hurricane Debby tried to ruin our week, but we simply would not let it.

Family escape

We had a family escape to IRB. We love IRB and go every year. This was our 1st year in this condo but multiple times we have stayed in the complex. The unit is beautiful with the updates over the last year the owners truly show they would come stay in it. This beach and complex mean a lot to my family and we will be back.
