We offer you this contemporary villa, fully equipped for 6 people in the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
The property is located in the "mures" district of Grimaud. It is surrounded by a peaceful garden with its heated swimming pool*, and designed to allow you to make the most of your vacation. It is tastefully furnished and decorated for your comfort and tranquility.

The villa consists of:
- A garden “like a cocoon” of 760m2 with its heated swimming pool of 8x4m and the equipment to make the most of it: sun loungers, dining table and chairs, parasol, barbecue
- A living room with lounge, dining room and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate 6 to 8 people for meals (complete dishes, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, etc.)
- 3 double bedrooms with queen size (160x200cm) bedding with storage cupboard and their own bathroom with WC
- An office area equipped with fiber internet
- A guest toilet

The entire villa is air-conditioned, the blinds are electric and centralized.

Vehicles can be parked in the garage or at the entrance to the property.

The villa is located Chemin des Mûres, close to the beach, Port Grimaud and its canals, and Saint Tropez. We offer taxi boats to go directly to Saint Tropez.
The Provençal village of Grimaud is also very typical and worth a visit.

We also provide you with various concierge services. Present in the Gulf for years, we know of multiple establishments that can welcome you for lunches at the water's edge, festive or even typical of Provence as well as various activities such as boat rental, nautical activities, visits to estates, etc. We can also organize your events; dinners at home with a private chef, birthdays, pool parties, etc. Don’t hesitate to ask us all your questions

Cleaning and linens will be billed separately. The amount is 300 euros for cleaning and 250€ for complete household linen (bed linen, bathroom linen, swimming pool linen) [Extra cost for linen could be ask regarding the duration]

The villa is juxtaposed with a second property of 4 double bedrooms which can possibly be rented at the same time
