2 UNITS! 4 BALCONIES! 8 Bedrooms! 8 Bathrooms! The townhomes has a beautiful open fully equipped kitchen. Each unit has 2 car garage and plenty of beds . These townhomes has everything you need to make unforgettable memories in Music City!

***We have Starbucks, Publix, Chase Bank at the Location***

First floor bedroom. (1) - 2 Queen + 1 extra foldable bed
Second floor bedroom (2) - 2 Full
Third floor bedroom (3) - 2 Queen + 1 extra foldable bed
Third floor bedroom. (4) - 1 King
Living Room: 2 Queen pullout sofa beds
(we have the same bed configuration for both units)
Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
This place has been planned thinking about you, the guest. Not one detail overlooked. This house is straight out of a magazine!

The complex has 6 side by side large beautiful NEW townhomes. The complex has the capability of holding up to 72 guests. Each house has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. We have accommodations that can fit any group size, so please inquire and we can find the best option for you!


This home is located in the great part of East Nashville. East Nashville is currently going through a gentrification process. This means you will see new homes next to older.
East Nashville has been a popular hipster area for a few years now due to its proximity to downtown. We are part of the expansion area. We are just a short distance to award -winning restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and music venues, in hip East Nashville. The home is located 15min walk from Five Points (the heart of East Nashville) and 2.5 miles from Downtown Nashville.

Our first trip to Nashville

This was my family's first trip to Nashville and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The townhouses were clean and well furnished. They were within 15 to 20 minutes of all the places we visited and the manager was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home!

We had a fabulous time here. The place was absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about it. It was clean, decorated really nicely and the location right next to the grocery was great. Itay communicated quickly anytime we had a question. Thank you so much for the wonderful trip!

Great house and location

We rented both units for 12 guys. The location was awesome. Having publix and Starbucks right next door was great. Plus there are restaurants, bars etc within walking distance or short uber ride. Downtown Nashville is only 10-15 minutes away as well. The house had plenty of room for all of us. I would definitely rent these units again.

Amazing

The condo was amazing. Very clean, short drive to downtown, close grocery store and coffee and a great place to host all my family and friends. Itay was so great to work with and answered all my questions with a quick response. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is traveling with a large group. You will not regret it :)

Birthday party in Nashville

Rented two units and it couldn’t have been more perfect!! The units are cute and super clean. They fits our large group of friends comfortably. It is a Great location with a Publix and Starbucks right there. It was an easy Uber to Broadway, Nissan stadium, downtown and the airport. Property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Fabulous townhomes for CMA Fest!!!

Our group of 20+ people had the best experience staying in three new, upscale & trendy, side by side townhomes. From the start of our booking the host was very responsive and listing was exactly as described. Location was perfect, grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants steps away, plus short Uber ride to downtown Nashville. All aspects were perfect. Townhomes were clean, spacious, fully stocked kitchen and laundry, beds were very comfortable, decor was spot on with great signs for those Nashville selfies!! We would definitely book this again.

Great location for a wedding in East Nashville. Since most of our group was over 60 I was concerned about all the stairs. But it was good. The extra exercise didn’t bother any of us. We had two units. Plenty of room for us to gather for breakfast in one unit. Place was clean and spacious. Any questions I had were answered immediately from the owner. Thanks for a great 4 days!

Excellent accommodations

I rented these townhomes for a group of my family and friends and we were all glad we chose them as our homes away from home. There were 8 couples and each had their own bedroom and private bathroom which was a HUGE reason we went with them. Not to mention the 50 yard walk to Publix which saved Lyft rides to get groceries or drinks. Commute to Broadway was a quick ride straight into town, about 10 minutes depending on traffic. The owner was extremely easy to work with throughout the entire rental process. Any question I had he responded within seconds and made sure everything was perfect! Even to the point of me complimenting how comfortable the beds were; he sent me the link for the mattresses! If you are considering renting these townhomes I 100% can assure you that you won’t be disappointed. This will be my “go to home” the next time I come to Music City!

East Nashville Townhouses Lived Up

These townhouses were very clean and had comfortable beds. East nashville is an up and coming area so the location was good. Just be prepared to wait a while to get cabs!

Great location, nice place

We rented two condos for a 40th birthday. We had four couples per condo, and really enjoyed our stay. Had some troubles with the moisture killing the a/c initially, but the host connected promptly connected us with someone that could help. Rideshare was easy to arrange and downtown locations quick to access. We utilized the grocery store just behind us multiple times. Overall, would definitely stay here again!
