WONDERFUL CONDO. steps from the beach, that sleeps 4 with SENSATIONAL OCEAN SCENERY… Your vacation begins when you make your entrance into Myrtle Beach Resort's 33 acre, gated community. As you wind down the tree-lined path through your beautifully landscaped retreat, enjoy the views of your ample amenities along the way to your 3rd floor OCEANFRONT oasis! Enjoy this 1-bed, 1-bath vacation condo,

Indoor pool and Sauna
* Waterpark (includes 2 kiddie pools, lazy river, pool, snack bar, & whirlpool)

* 4 saunas

* 2 steam rooms (B building and Tower)
* 2 gyms (B building and Tower)

* 3 tennis courts/2 pickle ball courts

* Playground, Basketball court, shuffleboard, grilling area

* The Quarterdeck (Oceanfront restaurant and bar, karaoke)

* Outdoor Game Center (corn hole set, ladder ball, & a horseshoe pit) at Five Seasons

* 4 sundecks (5th floor)

* Grills and picnic areas throughout

* Soda vending machines

Condo:

* Queen Bedroom with direct bathroom access

* Pull out Queen Sofa with 55 inch TV

* Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher

* Oceanfront unit features 550 ft.² of space.

* Full Bathroom with walk in shower

Resort parking is $10 per day. This fee is payable before your stay at mbrparking.com or as you enter the gate on the first day of your stay by credit/debit card. At security gate you will receive a vehicle hang tag with the Unit# and the beginning and ending dates of your stay.

A few beach chairs are for your use. Please keep on balcony to cut down on sand.

Beach chairs and umbrella are available for rent during Summer.

Please keep balcony door closed. Fee will be deducted from deposit for excessive dirtiness. Do not use condo towels/linens/bedding at beach.
Bed linens, 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 6 wash cloths per stay. If you need additional items, please bring with you. Laundry room is down the hall.

We absolutely loved this place! We talked about how great it was the whole time. It is the perfect location that was right next to the beach and pool. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. It also had a gorgeous view of the beach. The owner is very nice as well and even told us about events going on at the resort during our stay! This will be our go to spot any time we are in town!

Wonderful Beachfront

Excellent beachfront property with great communicating owners and provide you with everything you need for the week. The property is wonderfully stocked with beach chairs, toys, cooking essentials, and baby/children essentials.

Great place to stay!

This property had everything we needed for our family of 4. Conveniently located near the elevator which made our trip to the beach and pool very short! We loved our view of the ocean from the balcony.

The best home away from home

Margie's Oceanfront Dreamplace was a blessing to us. It was perfect for us. We had a special time. It had everything we needed and things that I needed that I didn't even think to bring in the kitchen.It is so easy to get to the room, get to the beach, and enjoy their amenities.I loved that she has games there. These made a big impact on our evenings. :) I love the decor and the big TV too.Thankyou so much for allowing us to have this special weekend.

Great last minute trip!

This rental was great for a two day stay. Close to beach and pool access! Sitting on the balcony at night was also enjoyable, watching the fireworks. Owner communicated so quickly and gave great recommendations too!

Perfect Family Vacation

Myrtle Beach vacation

The place we stayed at was excellent. Unfortunately, the pool in front of our condo was like hillbilly heaven let loose. Every sign there that said what not to do the people dead. Kids were running wild like animals pot smoke in the air beer not a single security person or lifeguard anywhere to be seen. As I said the place we stayed at was immaculate and she is a wonderful owner, but the pool wrecked our whole vacation

Great Place!

My husband and I had to be in the Myrtle Beach area for business/pleasure and the location of the unit was perfect for us and close to the airport. The unit had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was so quiet. The very best part was the fantastic ocean view and the balcony. We would definitely stay again.
