Newly Renovated Beach Bungalow 2BR/1.5 BA in Ocean Lakes - N-51

Beach Bungalow located in award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 baths in this newly renovated home. It has a great back deck for relaxing of which half is covered so you can choose shade or sun. It also has a covered front porch. The kitchen is well stocked or you can grill outside. You can enjoy the waterpark in the summer along with the lazy river. Or you can escape to the beautiful sandy beach to enjoy the waves or gather sea shells or catch an amazing sunrise.

Families Must be 25 to Rent and renter listed must be at the home for the entire rental period. Home cannot be rented by someone on behalf of someone else.
Linens are included in rental fee. The linen service will provide sheet sets, along with towels, wash cloths, hand towels, a kitchen set and bath mats.
No Smoking
You must purchase $12 a day car passes directly from Ocean Lakes. Passes increase to $15 a day if arrival is 10 days or less from request.
No loud or vulgar language or music.

Quick Family Vacation over Easter Weekend

This property was impressive. The house was recently renovated and was very clean. Gina has everything you would need. For Ocean Lakes, it has a large area in the back where the kids were able to play. You don’t get that at most properties in Ocean Lakes. It was a nice and relaxing get away. I will definitely be booking with Gina again.

Spring Break

Our first time visiting Ocean Lakes so we didn’t really know what to expect. The home owner was so kind and great with communication. We loved the house, just enough for our small family. Super clean and a perfect location inside the campground. We will be back for sure!!

Girls’ Trip 2024

Such a nice and clean place!! Perfect for us three gals! The porch and patio were a great bonus! The beds were comfy and the furniture very comfortable as well. Close to amenities and the beach!! Contact with Gina was always quick and easy. A great time and we hated to leave!!

Perfectly Cozy

We had an amazing trip! The owner, Gina, was very thoughtful and very responsive to questions. We had lots of rain during our trip so we enjoyed the sofa and eletric fireplace in the living room. The house was clean and well taken care off. Comfy beds and furniture. Would stay again!

Wonderful

Gina is so sweet and the house is adorable. Super clean when we got there. She made the process so easy. This is the first time we’ve rented inside ocean lakes and it was seamless! Will definitely rent from Gina again!

Nice little house in a good location!

This house was very clean when we checked in, it’s also in a good location. Room for 2 vehicles to park at the back. It has a nice back patio to sit out on in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay and the hostess is very good about responding to any questions you may have!

Quick weekend away

Every was pictured. Cute little place. Has everything you need. Gina was very helpful. Need to bring all your linens. Bedding no blankets provided and no towels of any kind. Not even kitchen towels. It was a little inconvenient to provide my own had to deal with setting up beds when we arrived. They will provide for a few.

This was our first experience renting through VRBO. Usually we go directly through the place the houses are located. Must say, it was a pleasant experience. Gina and Steve were both very easy to deal with and had everything ready for us on arrival. Thanks for a good time! My family enjoyed themselves for sure.

Great getaway 😋

I enjoyed my stay so much. The bungalow was great clean with a deck. The neighbors nice 3 minute walk to beach. Hostess Gina friendly answered my concerns quickly wanted to stay longer.

Perfect!

This little bungalow was perfect for our getaway to Ocean Lakes. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was close to all the amenities the resort had to offer and the beach was only a short golf cart ride away. (Golf cart not included with rental) Check in/ check out process was easy. Communication with Gina was the best! She answered all our questions quickly and really made us feel welcome in her home. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful trip!

This unit was immaculately clean and well updated. Gina was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to check in. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck and were grateful we could park our car in almost complete shade in the back of the unit. We had everything we needed and more supplied in the kitchen. We will definitely consider returning next summer.

Super cute!

Nicely remodeled bungalow home. Kitchen was fully stocked, living room had several board/card games for all ages. My son LOVED the jenga! Very spacious back deck with nice table and four chairs, as well as a wicker patio set. She offered to let us use her beach chairs- thank you! There’s a very small bathroom at the front door, as well as a full sized bathroom in the hallway. They were all we needed. The stackable washer and dryer got the job done! Thankful for the super comfortable beds! Normally you go out of town and come home with a backache at our age, but that wasn’t the case here! So incredibly comfy! There’s plenty of closet storage for your clothes if you wish to hand them, as well as dressers in the main bedroom. TVs in each room was a plus. The house stayed nice and cool most evenings till late mornings, but as it reaches 85+ degrees out, even with the blinds closed and limited door openings, the house wouldn’t get below 75. I’m pretty hot natured so I was a bit toasty if we were inside dieting that time, but my husband and kids weren’t phased. So it was likely just me. There’s fans in the living room and main bedroom, so we ran those and it helped! The home has just a couple steps to get up the back deck, so when loading/unloading a car full of luggage, it makes it much easier than the houses with multiple levels of stairs. If you have trouble with carrying your stuff, this was definitely a plus! We are a short walk to the Sandy Mart area and just a short from the entrance/exit. There’s honestly not one thing I could complain about. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Thank you Gina for being such a great hostess! We will be back! *** this home does not come with a golf cart- so that’s another fee we hadn’t thought of prior to booking our stay. That was totally our fault. So just remember if you don’t have your own cart to bring, a week’s rental is $500+. Also, there’s no car passes with this rental either- you’ll have to get yours ahead of time. It’s $10/day per car if you pay ahead of time or it’s $12/day per car if you wait till you arrive. Just some helpful information for those on a budget to consider!
