It has 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom, lounge-dining room, independent kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and a bathroom with bathtub. It is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV and air conditioning and heat pump. There is no parking but there is parking very close to the building. Located next to Plaça Major de Llançà.
