Air-conditioned studio for 2 people, located Residence Port Venus, with free access to the swimming pool. On the 3rd floor with lift, port side and sea view. Living room with a bed in 160 cm. Kitchen corner with microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner and safe. Television. Bathroom with toilet. Veranda. No parking.Deposit: 380 euros. File fee: 29 euros (except Poplidays customers). Tourist tax to be paid on site max 6.62 euros /day/adult person. Sheets and towels rental package: 20 euros. Household from 80 euros or to perform yourself on the day of departure. Arrival: From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11am: meeting at the arrival as a person comes to perform the state of the place. Please provide us with your RC certificate otherwise insurance costs 24 euros (except Popldays customers).
