This house is composed of 6 beds divided into two bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a bed of 140x190 and bedroom 2 with 2 beds of 140x190, one of which is on the mezzanine. You will also find a washing machine, a shower room and two toilets.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave and all its crockery.
As well as a lounge area with sofa and television.
The garden part is fully enclosed (ideal for young children), divided between a lawn and a wooden terrace equipped with a barbecue and a motorized awning.
5 minutes away by bike, you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches of the island (beaches of Dames, Les Sableaux, La Clère, Anse rouge, Mardi Gras...).
You can walk to the NOIRMOUTIER market (800m) and discover many shops and restaurants, the Château and the JACOBSEN hotel (maritime heritage centre).
The bike rental company located 50m away will offer you to leave your car to take advantage of the 80kms of cycle paths that will take you to the port of l'Herbaudière (20min), the town of L'Epine (15min) with its marina and salt marshes. La Guérinière and its pretty oyster port as well as its oyster bars... (25min) and not forgetting the Passage du Gois (40min), a unique 4km submersible road in the world that can be discovered with the tides.
To conclude, the Ile de Noirmoutier is ideal for lovers of landscapes, sport and gastronomy.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette petite maison très bien située. Tout peut se faire à pied et on peut louer un vélo à 2 minutes. La maison était très propre et nous avons bien apprécié la terrasse et le jardin .

Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre ville et des belles plages de l'île.La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables.Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Logement idéal pour séjour en famille

Le logement répondait parfaitement à nos attentes, accessible et au calme, à proximité des services. Point de départ idéal pour visiter les principaux centre d'intérêt de Noirmoutier. Bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour. La maison est bien placée, le jardin est agréable. Il y a juste une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain et la chambre du fond.
