We offer you our holiday home in a quiet cul-de-sac. Located on the island of Noirmoutier in Barbâtre, less than 500m from the beach and 200m from the dune; 900m from the center of Barbâtre with its market and its traders. Garden not overlooked.
Far from the crowds of the island. Close to the cycle path. End of stay cleaning included.

The house is composed of two parts.
The main house with:
- a bedroom on the first floor (double bed)
- bathroom refurbished with walk-in shower and toilet
- Living / dining room
- Reading or TV area upstairs in a quiet area
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine)
An outbuilding completes this rental with:
- one bedroom (double bed)
- bathroom with bath and toilet

Ideal for two couples or adults with older children.

Delightful Barbatre

The house is lovely, very comfortable and well equipped.The kitchen is great and a joy to use. The beach was just a short walk away through pine trees and the dunes. We had a delightful time on Noirmoutier and staying at Florence's house added to our enjoyment.

Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux dans ce lieu magique. La maison est bien équipée et très bien située. Nous avons surtout apprécié la balade à la plage à travers le bois et la dune.

Très jolie maison et très agréable à vivre. L'une des chambre est dans une petite annexe charmante tout à côté, c'est très commode pour l'indépendance, tout en étant très proche. Jolie décoration, équipements parfaits. Calme appréciable dans cette impasse tranquille.
