Escape to this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath main-level retreat on Salt Lake's desirable East Bench. Enjoy a private keyless entrance, free on-site parking, and a quiet cul-de-sac setting. Ideally located less than 20 miles from major ski resorts, with easy access to Park City, downtown Salt Lake, the airport, restaurants, and the freeway. Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

PLEASE NOTE: This home consists of two rental units, this is the listing for the UPPER level. Each unit has it's own private entrance and designated parking spots.

Great place to stay, close to everything yet located on a quiet street. Neal and Sherri were great! Responded quickly to questions and very accommodating to any needs we had.

I cannot recommend this place. It is a decent property and a great location. They’ve done nice updates on the outside and the kitchen, but as other people have said, it is pretty dated. Beds are OK but not great, we did not sleep in the bunk room. The host was very hospitable and responsive, The deck had an incredible view, but again, the decking was splintery and screw heads sticking up.This all being said, I could not recommend this place. While it does say it is a duplex, they choose to rent to local. I have been in many VRBO‘s, and they frequently do not allow locals because it becomes a party scene. That’s exactly what happened. We were there for four nights for a wedding, in town from out of state, and when we got back from the wedding on Saturday afternoon, there was a man sitting on our front porch, thinking he was staying there. We directed him in the right place, only to find out that numerous others showed up as well. We had knocks on our door until approximately 11 PM, including a DoorDash delivery. Then they partied all night. They were there for two nights, the first night made it unsleepable. I connected with the host, and he said he would address it, which he did, but there was still a lot of commotion the following night as well.For these reasons, I would not stay here, I would not recommend anybody else does either until they decide to not rent to local partiers.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry that you experienced this situation during your stay. It is not our policy to rent to local guests, and unfortunately, the guests misrepresented their situation to us when booking. The only information we received from you at the time was regarding noise, which we addressed. We truly wish we had known about the party, the number of additional guests gathering on the porch, the DoorDash deliveries, and the other activity taking place. Had we been made aware of the full situation, we would have taken immediate action, as we absolutely do not allow parties or unauthorized gatherings at our property. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the beds and the deck. We value our guests’ comments and will be addressing those issues so we can continue to improve the property and the experience for future guests. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention.

Great location. Freeway close to all of salt lake and surrounding areas. Lots of good food walking distance. Great sunset views from the back deck. The house is a bit dated but quaint. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated .The mattresses were awful. Very old collapsed spring mattresses. The bunk room especially. Memory foam mattresses in a box are relatively cheap. The couches are also very dated and uncomfortable.Both of these issues would make it impossible for me to stay here for a ski trip unfortunately. Otherwise, It would have been a perfect location for my frequent trips to Slc. Fix them and i would stay here regularly . Ice machine barely puts out enough ice. Deck was wonderful aside from the screw heads poking out. .

We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend. The views from the porch were absolutely fantastic and made for the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen was a great size, well-equipped, and made cooking meals easy and enjoyable throughout our stay.The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would happily return in the future. Highly recommend!
