Situated on 3 acres at the end of a secluded and private road, this spectacular 5000 sq. ft. luxury waterfront cottage features 240' of Georgian Bay shoreline with a dock and marine rails for your rented boat or jet skis. The impressive stone exterior speaks to the natural surroundings and is a blend of contemporary and modern architecture. The front courtyard, complete with a stone fireplace leads to the stunning entrance, where your first sight is of Georgian Bay through the expansive windows in the great room. Well appointed, this cottage features stunning views from every room along with 12’ ceilings, oversized beds, ample areas for dining and lounging both indoor and out. The Chef’s kitchen, built with two islands topped with granite countertops work in perfect harmony for functionality and entertaining. The glass doored wine cellar is both functional and an architectural feature. The large master retreat has a spa like ensuite and a generous walk-in closet. Enjoy movie night in your very own state of the art home theatre with reclining chairs and surround sound. The views over Georgian Bay are breathtaking and ever changing at the whim of Mother Nature - calm enough for paddle boarding one day and surfable the next. The exterior living spaces are designed for privacy and entertaining, making the most of the beautiful surroundings. We had an amazing week!

We recently stayed at this outstanding cottage with our multigenerational family of 10, ranging from age 3 to 80 - and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The property is truly idyllic, offering every high-tech convenience you could imagine along with many thoughtful touches like the great coffee table books and the s’mores kit left for us by the owners.We all loved the pool (especially great for young kids), the hot tub, sauna, and evenings by the outdoor fire watching the beautiful sunsets. Several family members took full advantage of the tennis/pickleball court, gym, and the home theatre - complete with reclining chairs and cozy throws.The cottage is beautifully set up for relaxation, comfortable sleeping and family gathering. We appreciated the piano, a kids’ table for crafts and play, a coffee nook stocked with multiple machines and the game room and gym (in separate buildings). The kitchen was tremendously well-stocked.The beach is rocky so be sure to bring beach shoes. We mostly swam in the pool, but enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards. All in all, it was an unforgettable stay in a stunning location. Highly recommended!

Fabulous home and we loved the amenities. Location is truly beautiful. We only left to go to the grocery store as there is so much to do on the property. (Well, we did go golfing once!) LOTS of toys for kids, and games for all ages. Lucia addressed questions/concerns immediately. We would definitely return!

The property description, the pictures, and the over-the-top reviews are, in fact, understated! It has all the attributes of a fine resort with the personal touch of engaged and caring hosts. The fully kitted diverse on site activities occupied our three generations including grandchildren from 3 to 12. Strong internet handled any video conferencing that intruded. Finally, the location, close to the practical amenities of Owen Sound, presents Georgian Bay at its best - clear water and stunning sunsets. Our stay has created wonderful memories

Fabulous Location and Facilities

We were a group of 12, with kids aged 8 to 17. The water activities, media room, tennis court and game room provided lots of activities, rain or shine. Luxurious beds and a well- stocked kitchen with more than ample room for eating and cooking. Everything exceeded our expectations. Lucia quickly responded to all questions; Miguel's tour helped make us comfortable with the technology. There were no complaints and daily "kudos" to Nana for locating such an awesome vacation destination!

Wonderful vacation

The cottage was beautiful and was a perfect fit for our multi generational family.The host was so generous to share their beautIful belongings. Everything was top quality and well thought out .The tennis court ,panoramic view, al fresco dining, swimming pool and the peace and tranquility of your wonderful grounds. Our stay was not long enough. Thank you for sharing !!

First time we rented a cottage for family holiday with two sons and four grandkids under 4. But this is not a cottage, it’s a luxury home in a phenomenal setting. Well decorated with a music theme, every little extra and detail taken into account. Views have to be seen to be appreciated. Kitchen is outstanding size. The theatre room was well used by the kids. Has a separate games room and gym in separate buildings.pool was A + with views. Kayaks….Outdoor dining a plus. Brand new tennis court. Plenty of space so people can isolate if need be. Close enough to centres if need to pick up something or dine out. Great response time from hostess Lucia. Something for everyone including spectacular sunsets. I find it hard to relax but found peace here. Perfect for families as bedrooms set up in three separate “wings”. Overall, cannot say enough, well worth the price.leaving too good a review may make it tougher to book!…. Hope to be back next year. Thanks so much Lucia….V

Absolutely perfect

EVERYTHING about our stay was fabulous! The home itself is luxurious, comfortable, beautiful, and well-appointment. The kids (well really, all of us :) loved the theater room. The property can't be beat: the tennis court, the game room, the gym, the heated pool, the boat dock, the multiple fireplaces, and more. All of these amenities enhanced our time in fun and entertaining ways. The bay itself is gorgeous and the sunsets were stunning. We rented a pontoon boat to keep at the property, along with water skis and a tube, which worked out great. The kids loved it. There was no shortage of things to do. We really never left the property except for groceries and two meals in town because we never wanted to. Our hosts were lovely, thoughtful, and communicative in all the right ways. We would highly recommend this property - it was exceptional.

Beautiful waterfront home with room for all

The property is modern, serene, well-appointed, and casual yet luxurious. The heated pool and patio overlook the expansive yard and waterfront. There are loads of activities to keep everyone active (kayaks, SUP, tennis, basketball, table tennis, foosball, board games), or you can relax and chill by the multiple fireplaces or in a hammock. The kitchen is large and well appointed with lots of tools and equipment and great for making family meals together. The house has a wonderful flow and great attention to detail. We look forward to returning.

AWESOME!!!

This cottage has all and more than what we expected. One of the most beautiful cottages I have had the privilege to stay at. Everything about this cottage was amazing. Comfortable, things to keep us entertained; cant forget the tennis court. We loved the cinema, especially the chairs that hugs you in. The highlight was the heated pool. We swam everyday we were there. The backyard leading unto the lake is most beautiful and peaceful, loved the hammocks and the sunsets. We made use of the outdoor kitchen and fireplace way into the night. We used up every piece of this property. The living room and dining room is spacious and gorgeous, of course spotless. Comfortable beds that put you to sleep almost right away. The kitchen, well, we spent a lot of time around the beautiful island and bar in the kitchen. We had a few friends from a baseball team came over for Saturday afternoon BBQ, and they did not want to leave. We are already planning our next visit to this most beautiful cottage. The host is kind and cared about our comfort. We all thoroughly enjoyed this cottage. I have visited many cottages in Canada and abroad, but this is my number 1.

Outstanding property

The property exceeded our expectations and Lucia went out of her way to be accessible to us if we had any questions at all times. It was very peaceful vacation for our family and we highly recommend it to everyone.

Ideal cottage for families with children as there is a heated pool and rock beach along with a spacious and convenient interior layout for bedrooms and bathrooms. Theatre room was a hit with the children and the gym was a bonus for the active adults. Outdoor space was great for the children to run around and was fantastic for lawn games. Cottage was quite private as it was at the end of the road and only one other cottage beside it. Water was surprisingly shallow and clear and depending on the weather and wind it was ideal for all watercraft activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Getaway

Beautiful home, picturesque setting, awesome pool, access to the lake and water activity (kayak, paddle board etc). Only a few hours fro Toronto. Owners were great and made sure we had what we needed. Our family has rented many VRBO over the years, some good and some not so good. This is one of the good ones and would recommend.

Beautiful location and home!

We were very fortunate to be one of the first visitors at this stunning home. The water, the pool, the theatre and quality finishing makes this stay one of the best my family and I have been on. Lucia was a pleasure to deal with and was very welcoming and helpful. The automation around the house keeps things very simple so you can enjoy time with your family without needing to spend time getting acquainted with the space. Only shortfall is if you are into water sports or boating there is no dock and you will need a car lift to dock. Overall an excellent stay and we look forward to returning soon!
