We loved the house and its garden and the location so close to the City Dock cannot be beat during boat show season!

Great stay at an amazing location.

My group of family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is amazing and the flexible check-in/out was really nice too. Would recommend and stay again!

Great location to downtown Annapolis and Naval Academy. The pictures were accurate and everything was nice and clean!

Rental was great! Andy the host was great! Very close to Naval Academy we were there for IDay. Will rent again!

Much less than expected

The home is need of repair and upkeep. The pictures on the website are misleading and do not show the true state of the home. The location is great, but that doesn't make up for the interior condition.

Location Location Location!

This property backs up to where all of the action is! A 20 second walk to All the best bars and restaurants. The house is vey nice and has a historic feel! The owner is very supportive and immediately answers any questions. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Excellent accommodations in the heart of Annapolis

We were in Annapolis for a wedding. This property was very convenient, spacious, comfortable and clean. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip to Annapolis.

Great Location / Charming House

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is perfectly located - you are just one block away from the waterfront, shops, bars and restaurants. It's a charming house on a charming street. House was clean and comfortable and had enough space for the 5 of us. Loved the back patio. Andrew was easy to communicate with. We'd stay again and would recommend to others.

Great Location

Our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Annapolis. The kids really enjoyed the location. We could walk everywhere in town and it was only a 30 second walk to the Navy gates. The house was clean. The kitchen had all the essentials. The back patio was gorgeous. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be close to all the fun things that Main Street has to offer.

Charming house, great location.

The group was very happy with the rental. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Couldn’t beat the proximity to bars, restaurants and shops.

Great location in Annapolis

Very convenient to Naval Academy and historic area. Comfortable accommodations for 6 adults - could have fit a few more as well. Host very responsive to inquiries. Would stay here again!

Steps from bars and restaurants, clean, historic home

Great little house. Comfortably slept 8 grown men. Andy was an awesome host, very responsive. Will definitely be back. If not for the location just book for that amazing back patio.

Fabulous

In town for our 30th USNA reunion. We were the envy of our classmates, in that our house was so perfectly located! A block from Gate 1, mere steps to the city docks, and a comfortable house for catching up with friends. I would highly recommend booking this property.

Beautiful stay in downtown Annapolis

I would highly recommend this rental. The location was perfect; a block away from downtown. The house was well maintained and well stocked with needed amenities.

Perfect location, near everything you could want..

Amazing location, just a quick walk to the main part of town. Hot showers, clean, and a great backyard. Highly recommend. Hoping to be back soon.

Charming and perfect for the weekend

We stayed at this house for 3 days over the weekend and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for downtown activities and the house is charming. There were 8 of us and we were perfectly comfortable. When we first booked the house I wasn't sure what to expect based on some of the other reviews, but when we checked in we were very happy with the cleanliness and condition. If tgere were issues before, they have been fixed. The rooms are a bit quaint, but that is what we expected when reserving a historic property. Maybe others had the wrong impression. In any event, we appreciated the opportunity to stay in such a nice house and really unique location. I certainly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Annapolis.

Perfet location and very comfortable

My family of 8 stayed at this property for 3 days and 2 nights during a Navy football game weekend. We had a great time - the house was very clean and comfortable for a group that included a few rowdy kids. The location was perfect because we could walk to the Naval Academy and everything downtown.

Less than Expected

Great location. Even in the rain we were within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the Naval Academy. Fortunately, we were also within walking distance to a public garage. A parking pass was supplied, but not much use when the streets are full. The property was clean, but in poor repair. We replaced seven light bulbs so we could see. There were only three spares, so we bought the others. The blinds over the outside window beside the pull-out bed were laying on the floor broken, so we thumb-tacked a bed sheet up to give our girls privacy. The sheets for the pullout bed were easy to find because they were left in the dryer. I went out to look at the grill and the gas was still turned on at the tank which surprised me. The shower curtain rod in the upstairs bathroom was held together with wire in one corner where it had previously broken and the towel bar at the end of the tub was broken off the wall, but placed neatly on the floor like the downstairs blinds. Amy called me on the third day of our stay to let me know the side gate of the house had blown off in a wind storm, so I moved it to a safe location and covered the sharp screws with electric tape. City water was spurting up about an inch high through a crack in the curb right in front of the house during our entire 5 night stay. Not the owner's fault, but not nice to walk through on your way to the porch. Communication with Andrew and Amy was not optimal. We didn't hear from them until we called them 2 days before arrival and got our entry instructions. After the visit, I tried texting them twice and emailing them once to talk about our stay and in the past three weeks, they haven't responded. We really didn't have a BAD stay, but it was much less than I expected. I would not recommend this property if comparable locations are available.

Location Location Location

This house is perfect if you are spending most of your time on the Yard or in downtown Annapolis. Everything was extremely clean, and the three bathrooms are a huge help. The outside space is lovely.
