We had an amazing stay at this extremely convenient location, just steps away from the shops and restaurants The accommodations were perfect for our 6 adults. The house is beautifully decorated and well-supplied. We truly appreciated the coffee bar and the outdoor gazebo area!

Great location, beautiful home

My husband and I took our parents, 10 year old son, and pup for a getaway to Annapolis and stayed 5 nights here. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, the home is lovely, well appointed, and clean, Andrew was prompt, thorough, courteous, and helpful in all correspondence. The location of the house is perfect and puts you within close walking distance of the heart of the historic district of Annapolis and the Naval Academy. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to others traveling to the area.

Cute and close

Great place very clean and super close to everything. This was close to all the restaurants and stores. We could walk to the restaurants and bars. The house was perfect for the 4 adults and 3 teens.

We loved the house and its garden and the location so close to the City Dock cannot be beat during boat show season!

Location Location Location!

This property backs up to where all of the action is! A 20 second walk to All the best bars and restaurants. The house is vey nice and has a historic feel! The owner is very supportive and immediately answers any questions. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Excellent accommodations in the heart of Annapolis

We were in Annapolis for a wedding. This property was very convenient, spacious, comfortable and clean. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip to Annapolis.

Great Location / Charming House

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is perfectly located - you are just one block away from the waterfront, shops, bars and restaurants. It's a charming house on a charming street. House was clean and comfortable and had enough space for the 5 of us. Loved the back patio. Andrew was easy to communicate with. We'd stay again and would recommend to others.

Great Location

Our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Annapolis. The kids really enjoyed the location. We could walk everywhere in town and it was only a 30 second walk to the Navy gates. The house was clean. The kitchen had all the essentials. The back patio was gorgeous. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be close to all the fun things that Main Street has to offer.

Charming house, great location.

The group was very happy with the rental. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Couldn’t beat the proximity to bars, restaurants and shops.

Great little house. Comfortably slept 8 grown men. Andy was an awesome host, very responsive. Will definitely be back. If not for the location just book for that amazing back patio.

Fabulous

In town for our 30th USNA reunion. We were the envy of our classmates, in that our house was so perfectly located! A block from Gate 1, mere steps to the city docks, and a comfortable house for catching up with friends. I would highly recommend booking this property.

Perfect location, near everything you could want..

Amazing location, just a quick walk to the main part of town. Hot showers, clean, and a great backyard. Highly recommend. Hoping to be back soon.

The house is right in the Historic District, just 150 feet from the entrance to the United States Naval Academy, and only a short walk to restaurants, shops, and everything else that makes Annapolis such a special place to visit.

As a proud USNA graduate from the Class of 1995, Annapolis holds a very special place in my heart, and I love being able to share that with my guests. Whether you’re here to explore the rich history, enjoy the waterfront, or just relax and soak in the charm of the city, this home is the perfect spot to start from.

I’m thrilled to welcome you and hope you feel right at home while experiencing all the best that Annapolis has to offer!
