Formerly known as Hotel Phillips, this historic property is conveniently located close to downtown dining, shopping, trails, outdoor activities and entertainment. Make yourself at home in our beautiful lobby, the on site laundry facility or enjoy the views from our rooftop. From quaint to spacious, our hotel rooms include a variety of floor plans & prices to fit your lifestyle.

Unit 113 is a large unit on the 1st floor. It is the perfect blend of modern & vintage with a touch of steampunk!

Short and scenic drive to The Pioneer Woman's Mercantile in Pawhuska, Ok.
Other close by attractions include Tall grass Prairie, Frank Lloyd Wrights Price Tower, woolaroc, Frank Phillips Historical Mansion, Tom Mix Museum, Bartlesville History Museum and lots of antique shopping in nearby Dewey, OK.
*Must be 21 to book.
*Quiet time after 10pm until 8am.

Great location

We enjoyed staying here. The hotel lobby is nostalgic and they room was nicely updated. Bed and linens were comfortable. We did experience WiFi trouble that made it impossible to watch TV. We didn’t bring it up with the manager knowing we would spend too much time in the room anyway. Like I said, location was superb to all the fun downtown.

Great room at a great price in the perfect location

High end sheets, appliances, towels, etc. the microwave turns into a convection oven! The lobby is beautiful, too!

Great customer service!

This hotel is a rare find. It is historical and unique but had all the upgraded amenities to make it comfortable. Our room specs messed up in the rental process and we ended up short a bed. Luckily, this host was gracious and quick to respond. We were in a new room in less than 20 minutes and all was well. Great experience and customer service.

Overall, a great experience!

I enjoyed my stay here! I’m traveling alone so the size was perfect for me. Super clean, and stocked with some of your basic essentials. The only issue I had was trying to get the tv to connect to WiFi, but I had my laptop so it didn’t really bother me. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating!
